Small but extremely clean and quite RV park, we would definitely stay here again if in the area. We used the laundry and showers and both were clean and well maintained. We stayed on site 8 and it was perfect!

Nice place to camp. They have a pool, bathroom, and showers but I didn't use them. I've camped here twice just passing through.

Stayed here 3 years ago and am planning another trip to Kanab next year. Couldn't recall the name of the campground but recognized it after checking the photos and reviews. I will definitely not be returning to this facility unless it's under new management. The staff was nice but the owner...suffice it to say you should heed the bad reviews.

Stayed for a few days in August and had a wonderful time. Full hook ups, level spots, trees, clean and quiet. Best off-leash dog park we’ve seen! Perfect location for visiting town or exploring that area. AND managers are super friendly and helpful—-even jump started our truck when the battery conked out! Will surely visit again

Everything was impeccably clean, only the opening times of the pool (only from midday onwards) could be improved so that you could go into the water again in the morning before you leave.

Beautiful little gem of an RV park. Super clean, well maintained, lovely grassy, clean dog park. Showers A+, beautiful pool. Level sites with nice trees for shade. Lisa & her husband are so friendly and helpful and helped myself and my 2 traveling companions reverse our rigs into spacious lots with great full hookups and great wi-fi.
Will definitely be my #1 park to stay when traveling through the area.

What a great and clean nice campground this is. The owner does a great job keeping it clean. Very clean restrooms and great showers. Good laundry room en good sites. Also go outside the campground to your right and all the restaurants are there just a very short walk. Also the pool is great for the hot sun to cool down. Kanab is a very nice town with lots to do around here.

Excellent camping location just off 89 when coming from south side of Kanab. Immaculate/clean everywhere - bathrooms, laundry, pool and garden/green area. Probably the best kept camping we have stayed in! Every site has water/grey/electric and picnic table. Side sites (26-10) are probably quieter as face side road with view(ish). Wonderful/friendly owner, Dale (who gifted us fresh eggs later that day from his hens). We didn’t stay at other sites in town but did a drive by and this one is by far the best.
