Hours: This 7-Eleven is a convenient store located in Kearns, jam packed with road trip goodies. It sells pizza, which is kept in a pizza freezer. The pizzas, like pepperoni and cheese, are much larger than expected, about the same size as Domino's pizza. They cost $8.50 each, which is more expensive than normal pizza stores. The pizzas are very good and quick to cook, using an oven behind the counter, taking a total of 5 minutes before they are ready. Some customers think the pizza is better than Domino's. The staff receives mixed reviews. Many staff members are described as super friendly and very helpful, especially late at night, going out of their way to make sure customers get the items they need. They greet people with a smile and say have a good night, making it a nice way to end the night. However, there is significant criticism regarding cleanliness and service from specific employees. One employee was observed being absolutely careless about cleanliness, touching food items immediately after picking up garbage from the ground, which was called disgusting. Another employee, a new hire, displayed an unwelcoming attitude, appearing irritated and giving attitude. This person did not acknowledge the customer, threw change, and tossed bags, creating negative energy. Due to this level of carelessness, some customers do not trust the food anymore and will not use this 7-Eleven ever again. Others state that if they see the unfriendly employee inside, they will drive the other way to avoid ending the night with such an attitude. The feedback stresses that being short staffed is hard on workers, but pleads that people who do not care about others should not work in customer service.
