Check out can get kind of weird. Like others have stated I've had random things scanned that I didn't have on the register and had to ask that the items please be removed. Beer pricing is a little odd as well. It's a 7/11 that has what you expect though.

Like a customer aforementioned, he would give zeros if there were. I will definitely give a negative fifteen.
One of the cashiers, a female, just accused me of being a thief, just one hour ago. From the looks of it, she was being racist in the way she spoke to me. I could not care less what got into her, but that is an absolute no no!
I have been patronising this store for two & a half months now as I have been working in the area, & have always paid for anything I get there. Today all of a sudden she was just so confrontational towards me, I even tried, with proof to explain to her, I owe some money I wanted to pay she disregarded it, even threatening to hand me over to the adult probation & parole officers. Rather embarrassing.
This cashier, she is not worthy of being addressed a woman or lady, needs a class training on the dangers of racism to learn to address people who do not look like her.
She also needs a class on good customer service.
I even brought to her attention, & the cashier three days ago, of faeces on the side of the building, which has caked by now, & no one has cleaned it. Disgustingly pathetic!

I love the dedicated team running this 7/11—they’ve served me well for years, always reliable and friendly despite the rough area it’s in. The store might not look like much, but they keep it stocked, clean-ish, and welcoming, which is no small feat considering the challenges of the neighborhood. Whether I’m grabbing a late-night snack or a quick Arizona tea, they’ve always got me covered. Truly a fine establishment —5/5 stars!

I like stopping by 7-Eleven. Usually, I have zero issues when I stop by a 7-Eleven. However, at this location, the employee demanded that I sign up for text notifications through my number. He would not let me proceed without entering my number, and that is not alright. If this location is going to force their ideas on me, then I am going to make sure not to stop by again.

worse customer service the indian man was very rude to me and other customers trying to get the free slurpee for 7/11 day he was telling us it was over when there was still cups for the slurpee and was being very rude to customers about it i filmed the whole thing if proof is needed. RUINED MY FREE SLURPEE DAY never again.??

These people are so nice and helpful. They have been incredible to me. Please trust me when I tell you, these are good people who keep the store very clean and are extremely helpful.

Rudest people I've ever met. Accused me of stealing a dr.pepper I walked in with that was in the side of my bag. I got it about 10 minutes before at a Tesoro down the street. He says in banned from the stores and it don't even seem like he checked the cameras to see that I walked in with it. And I have also seen them adding charges of random things onto my order and forcing me to buy expired stuff and not letting me get the stuff I actually wanted without buying the other stuff. Rudest people. Morning shift guy.

Dude was kinda rude and then argued with me when I asked to enter my phone number for 7 rewards. I got no points for this transaction and the dude was too busy with his phone call to help me

I went here a few times and not had a problemas but i went there today 4/10/24 and i got a bag of chips for $2.67 and a 3 for $3 taquito deal and the cashier added stuff to the order and charged me almost double than what i got.

My son goes here to get drinks for lunch, more then one time the cashier has taken his money and not given him change and will tell him he only gave him a 1 when he gave him a 5 when my son tells him I gave you a five he tells him prove it. Make sure you know the amount you are giving the cashier because they will steal from you

The workers add and subtract wierd items that I'm not buying, it's been the weirdest experience when I've been here. this is my last. The last time i was in there the cashier was talking to someone and signed in to his 711 account and took my points i said something and was ignored.
