Horrible experience all around. Trying to separate the horrible situation that lead to needing the unit and the bad experience with the business itself.
Was quoted a much lower price, raised it months later. When theywere giving me the new lock to replace their temporary ones they just left it in the unit in the plastic, I cut myself trying to get it out. They don't often answer their phones, when they do it seems to be a call center or something as they are not super helpful with basic things. Also, there's a huge dent in the door of my unit, they have rats, there were rat droppings all over my things and water gets into the storage spaces.
I was renting 5X10, I found a 10X10 cheaper and indoors on the east side. Not happy with my experience at all. Would have moved stuff sooner but there's a lot of emotions and trauma tied to it so I avoided it for as long as I could.

Very friendly and efficient service there. I lost my keys and they were very efficient in helping me get back in my unit ($50 fee). They are very personable and you're not made to feel like you're just a storage unit number like with the corporation owned storage facilities. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. It was 7:30 pm on a rainy day. All the storage units near me where close. They took the time to take my call and made the process fast and efficiently that i was able to move my stuff that same day. The manager was very friendly and helpful, they really show that they care for you. Thank you!

I've been using this storage unit for years. It's always been affordable and my things have stayed safe and dry. Under new ownership, their new technology has made it so much easier to pay my storage fee and access my unit. This location is not very convenient for me, but the service is worth the drive. Highly recommend!
