“I only use this for my Plasma loyalty card from Grifols, so it has been a good ATM. Would not recommend using BofA as your main bank if you live in SLC, according to the other reviewers.”

“I check in around 3:00 in the morning and the guy in the intercom is super nice to tell me if im priority load he would let me in, but since im not i can re-checkin at 5:00, then he let me park on the driveway. At 5:00 he let me in and went to available dock, chock wheels and go to the door by the side of the dock, press intercom botton and they let u in, theres a place for the bills and leave it there, wait to get unloaded and once turn green go back to pickup your load. Done here without me seeing anyone, until i get back to my truck to exit ?”
“I want to take a moment to share my thoughts about the Wells Fargo staff at this location.
I have been dealing with a unique situation and the staff at this location, specifically Stephanie, the branch manager, and Elisabeth H., the universal banker, have worked tirelessly on my issue from day one with five-star service. They could have easily instructed me to call a number to get in touch with the department in charge, but instead, they maintained constant communication with me, stayed past closing time, and took ownership of the issue and made it feel like it was their sole mission to ensure everything is resolved. Both Stephanie and Elisabeth deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond which, I believe, is difficult to find these days.
So to all those looking for a Wells Fargo location that is clean, comfortable, and staffed by an amazing team, look no further than this branch!
