The purple hair girl is the only one worth interacting with because she kind and helpful.
I don't study cactuses but I know a couple of pricks when I see em and the staff lassnight wore that proudly.
Worth the 30 seconds across the street to go to o'reilly's in the north west corner of walmart.

I came here today Sunday February 16th at 4:30 pm and the employees were very rude and were not willing to help and got annoyed when we asked a question. Overall had a very bad experience these people do NOT know customer service. 👎👎

Above and beyond the call of duty, truly. Now the cheesy statement aside, David was an absolute life saver, I had issues with my alternator and battery, he freaking swapped my battery for me and installed the new to get me going and on my way so I could get home to install the alternator. His customer service was incredible and he was friendly as heck, I’ll be sticking with this location from now on. Thank you again!

This is the best AutoZone I've been to so far! They were extremely helpful and helped me understand what was going on with my car. After finding out what was wrong, I was able to get the right parts and fix the problem. I was going back and forth all day and I'm extremely grateful they helped find a solution because I couldn't have done it without them.

I went here about 2:00 PM, on January 27th seemed to only be one person working at the time because when I asked if he could help me with my Battery and Wiper blades he stated he can’t leave the store with customers inside because he was the only one. There was about 6 people in the store and just one employee, I’m crippled and can’t change anything myself due to my back issues and my hands not working like they use to, he was so sorry he couldn’t help me. I always thought AutoZone cared about the customer and wanted to have perfect customer service, it’s just not like how it use to be anymore. Please get this store some help so it’s not just one person working it’s not fair to him nor is it safe. Especially in the city like this. God bless your soul and hopefully this place gets better for you mister, god bless.
(Update) store still only ever has about 1 person working it seems.. is this how all AutoZone’s in SLC are?

I went in this morning (Saturday) at 10:30 am and all the doors were locked and no one was working even with the hours stating they opened 7:30 am. I came back around noon and the line was to the door, and phone was ringing off the hook. I wanted my turn to have my battery checked, and the poor person working stated he couldn’t help me as he was the only person working and can’t leave the building. I came back later around 6 pm, and again the same thing!!! Huge line, phones ringing, and just one person working!!! What is going on at this store?!?
