I wish I can do 0 stars. I had an awful experience at the Kearns store. I needed to cancel a plan and the woman behind the counter kept telling me to call 611. However, I don’t have the cricket phone so I asked if she could. Well she didn’t even have a cricket phone either. She said to ask a friend to do it for me, no one I know has cricket. I asked her for the nearest cricket store. She told me to look it up in my cell phone. Basically she had no knowledge of anything, she didn’t even help me and had the audacity to give me attitude. Don’t recommend anyone go there. They need to close this store down.
