Jiffy lube, please train and ensure that your employees know how to treat their customers. An employee, specifically Sebastian, was condescending and directly rude to one of my friends. People come to your service so that they can be helped and that requires a level of respect . Even if he was having a bad day, he still chose to treat another white customer that was there at the same time with respect and kindness. That is completely unacceptable. Especially with all the craziness happening in the world right now. Do better.

Iām really disappointed with how my friend was treated by Sebastian. From the moment she approached him to ask about a safety and emissions test, he was immediately rude, condescending, and spoke to her like she didnāt know anything, even making an unnecessary and sarcastic comment like āis your car totaled?ā It felt like he went out of his way to be unhelpful and dismissive.
She was clearly going there to get help, but instead of guiding her, she was treated disrespectfully. Thankfully, another employee stepped in to help, while Sebastian loudly insisted that she hadnāt asked for the correct service. It was uncomfortable, especially considering how drastically his attitude changed when a white woman came in right after. Suddenly he was kind, patient, and attentive.
The contrast was striking and made us question if race played a role in how my friend was treated. Whether intentional or not, it felt discriminatory and deeply unfair. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect and professionalism. Sebastian, please reflect and do better.

Went in there and Sebastian seemed to have a real problem with me personally. No one else was there so they werenāt busy but asked me if my car was totaled as he is standing next to me. I had come for an emissions test and never got offered on the spot renewal although he saw my paper when I said I needed the new sticker he yelled ādidnāt ask for thatā so I at this point yelled back āyou never offeredā it was only with myself he had an issue he was assisting another person who was of white race and seemed to have no issue with her calling her Maāam And asking her questions. Thereās only one reason he couldāve had an issue with me and I most definitely felt like it was the color of my skin.

Sebastian was extremely rude to one of my friends. He was immediately aggressive, abrasive and talked to her like she was stupid when she asked for an emissions test. She said safety and emissions and then he said āis your car totaledā in a rude tone. Which obviously no my guy, sorry weāre just girls and we donāt know the specifics. Thatās why YOU work there. Another employee came to help her, and he screamed that she did not ask for on the spot renewal. But once a white woman came along, Sebastian was so kind and caring. Makes you think ya know? Sebastian please do better.

Had to wait longer than expected because they couldn't locate my parts

Went in For a brake fluid exchange and when they finished I was told āwe couldnāt finish the service your bleeder valve on caliper are seized and they didnāt want to brake themā left me with unpressurized brakes and a very loose brake pedal and told me they donāt know how safe it was and to go to their sister company for them to finish the service. I had 2 vehicles in at the same time and they did the same thing with both of the vehicles, had to take them both to the dealership to fix what jiffy lube couldnāt finish. 0/10 will not be returning to a jiffy lube in the future.

Very slow compared to other locations . Employees seem like they have concrete shoes. Iām really not sure what all the employees are doing but there seems to only be one working at any given time. Post a camera and you will see. This places needs management. I could change the oil in my car in 1/4 the time.

I love this location in particular. It's always been fast and the workers have been great. Update: seriously this is the best location! They have upped the service even since the last time I was there. They even emptied my little grocery bag trash then put it back and found my missing sunglasses. I have never waited at this location. I hardly ever do reviews so I have to feel very strongly to leave one like this.

Wast of time, I got there with only 2 other cars in the bay, and told them I needed emissions done and told me alright Iāll just need to wait, only to wait 45 minutes and then tell me they canāt do emissions on my vehicle now, bunch of incompetent morons
