Horrible experience!!…had my nieces birthday here. Explained to the workers that there will be some of us going in and out bringing stuff for our party just so they won’t count them again because they didn’t even give any kind of wrist bands so they could keep track. Other were supposed to ask our guest who were coming the name of the party but they didn’t. Guest came and all they said they were there for the birthday and they let them in. At the end of the party we go to pay and their count was way off. They charged us for 20 more people. The two girls who were working said they didn’t know what was going on because they did a shift change. I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn’t any and finally she called over a supervisor and that lady was rude! Absolutely no help!…the group manager Jen has been no help at all and we have been trying to contact her for two days now. They need a better system with how they keep track of guest coming in for parties so that this problem doesn’t happen where they wanna overcharge people. The worst customer service and horrible organization!…if anyone is considering having a party there DONT!..they don’t know how to run anything and rely on little kids that work there.

WOW. That is honestly all I can say. The absolute WORST WORST WORST customer service on the planet. I had my kids birthday party there today and the women that are "employees" should all be fired immediately. I have never dealt with more curt, horrible people that just HATE their job. HATE people, HATE smiling, HATE puppies and despises rainbows and kittens. I could have handed them a million dollars and they would have thrown it on the ground, yelled at me for making them use their hands and then blame me for world hunger. IT WAS THIS BAD. I grew up going here and love the water park but no way in hell would I ever go back because of the treatment they gave EVERYONE that walked through the doors. WOW HR I hope you guys read these and get to the bottom of their absolute worst attitudes I have every experienced. My little 8 month old has had 2 open heart surgeries since he was born- lost of doc visits to come and I would honestly look more forward to his next hospital stay instead of every having to deal with those horrid women again.

Waste of money. Bough a year long pass and only went a handful of times. The pools are ALWAYS cold. The hours are unpredictable. And guess what ? Weekends closed! So the only day me and the family could all go is Saturday. Save your money not worth the hassle and having your kids freeze after 15 min of swimming. ??

I had a really bad experience trying to get a membership, ultimately I was able to get one. I then received a flyer at the Kearns hometown parade for child care and I thought it was such a great deal I immediately started contacting the center that Monday. I left the manager and assistant manager messages on different days.The last lady I spoke to told me that the manager was on vacation and that there was nobody else in that whole building that could authorize or tell me if they were excepting new children. I said that i had left multiple messages over that week and hadn’t heard back. She blamed me for not speaking to a live person. How is it on my if no one answers? A live person transfers me to their voicemail even when stating i have been trying to contact multiple times. So why hand out flyers and not have staff there to assist? Either way, we enjoy the pools and will go there, but i wouldn’t trust a facility that can’t be bothered to call back, with my children.

rude customer service supervisor or head manager refused to listen when trying to explain i was legal gaurdian. probably thinks every polynesian person is a liar.. she asked me for proof when my brothers live with me and we are not even from here.

We did a party for daughter and it's a $50 deposit for the room. We kept the kids away from the boxing equipment pretty much the entire time. Maybe a few times did the kids go and barely hit a punching bag. They kept the $50 deposit cause they seen a few kids barely hitting it before we told them not to touch it. They set you up to fail! Do not recommend at all

This place was amazing , we had my sons first birthday party there and the pavilion set for the party was PERFECT . The place was packed with people but it’s expected but we had our own spot so it was beyond perfect .

You have to pay to play on tennis courts that have weeds growing in them. There are plenty of recreation centers near here that have way nicer facilities for free or for much less. We live 2 minutes from this place and make a concerted effort to go to the West Valley Family Recreation center instead.

Whatever you do don't do the mermaid party my 5 yrcold daughter said they worst mermaids ever. The mermaids only wore their mermaid tails for like 1 minute to take pictures. The fins were old and worn out wouldn't stay on. It was a disappointing experience for a 5 year olds birthday

Pool was nice but it was after swimming that showed us how crooked this place is.We where in the family changing room trying to get our small children quickly dressed to leave and a very rude security man bangs on the door and yells at us to hurry and leave we tell him hold on were getting our kids dressed. Not even a few minutes later he bangs on the door very aggressively and yells we need to leave we said we are almost ready . It takes a bit to get little ones dressed. Any parent can understand that we where trying our best to be fast. And he then bangs on the door and he opens the door when I'm still trying to get my kids ready ! That is not appropriate. He knows we where getting dressed. When we told him that was not ok he didn't apologize and was very arrogant. We didn't even take more than 10 minutes total and he was very aggressive and impatient and it is wrong he thinks he has a right to open changing room stalls when people are getting dressed. I told the from desk what happened they didn't care. And the rude security man then came up and yells back and he claims he didn't open the door . And we said he did then he said he only opened it a little which he admitted that he did open our door when we where getting dressed. and he was very arrogant and refused to see how that could be upsetting and how wrong that was.especially When we didn't do anything wrong in the first place. It was very upsetting.That place doesn't respect thier customers and their security gard handled the situation horribly I was very upset and very disappointed in the whole situation there and how they handle people... this is not ok and very disturbing. Why would a male security gard even be in the family changing rooms?seems Very wrong.I get that they need people to leave in a timely matter but this was very wrong how they handled it we weren't even there for long. They need to have better training on how to treat people and not have security guards thinking it ok to act like that.

My kids absolutely love this center! They miss it on the days they aren't there. We have used their childcare, as well as have them in rec league sports here. The child care team is amazing at keeping parents informed. I am constantly updated on any childcare activities. When my daughter's indoor soccer league was canceled due to covid-19, they were great about letting parents know what was going on. They have really gone above and beyond adjusting to covid-19 requirements.

Great pool, I love to take my kids in the weekends!! My family absolutely loves the Kearns Rec Center, and the ice skating rink is right next door, so there is always something fun to do with the family here.

This place needs to do some training on Diversity with their employees. They’re very rude with you if you are not white.
