This is a wonderful addition to the Kearns area. It's been absolutely amazing working with them through the years. Wonderful friendly atmosphere. The building looks amazing outside and in. This gets a 5 star review.

I love going into this credit union, but I hate the fact that I have called 3 mountain America credit unions and nobody can answer. I waited 50 minutes each time for 3 hours. I don’t know about you guys, but that’s outrageous. I dialed a certain number to call back and nothing.

Always excited too go in cus intercounting people is a whole lot better then waiting on the phone for 6 hours yes Branch experience which one they all treated me pretty well

I came in to sign for a new loan. I spoke to the teller and she advised me to wait in the lobby for the next available loan officer. It was a little busy so I expected it to be a little bit of a wait. After an hour and a half of waiting and two people who had came in after me were helped. The same teller came and said she talk to her branch manager and let him know that I was only there to sign and hopefully they can get it in Faster. While I was waiting I received a phone call from customer service and I was able to DocuSign through my email. Had that not happened I don't know if I ever would have been helped since this Branch obviously needs to work on their customer service. I give it a two-star rating for the teller simply because she did notice I was waiting in the lobby and told the bank manager. Without her I would have given him a zero because you really should take care of your customers and make sure that you know who was next and not just blindly take people back. They need a better system.

There self banking is always out of service and never able to receive cash deposits! this has happened multiple times it’s getting very annoying
