I took my 2011 Dodge Journey because it had overheating problems and they fix the thermostat and belt and now my car is working great.
I also had to go back and get my rear breaks changed. They are fast and reliable. They gave me a good price for my issues and I will be using them from now on with all my car problems.
I also referred my sister car to change her breaks and they were able to change it the same day and get her car back to her fast. We both love the service they provided.

Long story short: this shop installed the wrong starter in our vehicle, which caused repeated failures, additional damage, and over $1,000 in related costs.
Our car is a 7-year-old Hyundai with a little over 100k miles, so a starter replacement is a normal repair. We chose TSW because of the high reviews. The first replacement cost about $400, and the car failed to start shortly afterward. We returned, and they replaced the starter again at no charge…but the problem continued.
We eventually had the vehicle towed to a different shop. Their diagnosis confirmed the issue was the starter, and specifically that someone had installed an incorrect part. They also noted in writing that the starter connection wire had been compressed and may need replacement as a result.
When we contacted TSW, they told us to return the incorrect part for a refund. We brought the part back, but they only refunded about $260 and became defensive when we asked about the remainder.
I understand that mistakes happen, everyone is human…but the refusal to take responsibility for the full cost of the erroneous repair is frustrating at best. Because of the incorrect part installation, we incurred the original repair bill, additional repairs, and the cost of a rental car.
I hope that in the future, TSW service technicians are more careful about the parts they use. It sucks when you are on the receiving end of someone else’s expensive mistake.

Took my car in for them to trouble shoot and they were very professional and ran numerous tests to try and give me the best advice possible before I committed to a costly repair. I will definitely be back to my new mechanics. Thank you.

I took my Nissan Rogue about a year ago to get the A/C fixed. It would not blow air and the air was hot. They fixed and It's running great and the price was fair and reasonable! I am taking it back for a transmission oil change on Monday. I called and they were very knowledge about the CVT transmission which gives me peace of mind. They quoted me a good price. Dealership is outrageous. See you Monday

I have been impressed by this business, especially compared to other auto mechanics I have used. They do a good job explaining what they are doing to your vehicle, and I don't feel like they try to upsell me services I don't need. In instances where the initial fix to my vehicle didn't hold, they had me bring my vehicle in and made it right.

I took my Toyota Highlander in to have the rear brakes and rotors redone. Every interaction from the initial three phone calls I made for a quote, the appointment, and the expected length of time for the repair to the information collection when I arrived for the repairs to being informed of what the mechanic had found when they got the car into the garage and what they recommended to take care of it to the final charge (which was the same as what they quoted me over the phone, no surprise upcharges) was polite and professional. The work was done efficiently and with no pressure to pay for extras. The mechanic simply informed me of what they recommended and let me decide what I wanted done about it. The waiting area was clean and smelled nice, not greasy or like exhaust. I am so pleased with my experience here, I highly recommend TSW Auto Sales & Service! Based on my experience, if you're looking for someone to fix your brakes, you've found them! Also, my car drives beautifully, no further issues.

I was recommended to bring my car here and boy! What a gift! He kept me informed, gave excellent service, fair prices and worked quickly. I was only without my car for 2 days! I would bring all my cars here, if I had multiple cars 🤭
