My bank in California was bought out by US Bank. I needed statements from several years ago when my bank was bought out by them.
Veronica was our teller today and she was FANTASTIC. Even when it got difficult with the system.

Unfortunately this branch has became my home branch for business and personal banking. Over all experience of this branch is really really bad, terrible customer service, long waiting time, ATM is bad shape, drive through window has limited services. They make you come inside for simple cashier check, and it takes 20min+ to make one. Their excuse often are system is down/slow or printer is not working. This needs improvement immediately to stay competitive in its locality. Thank you.

ATM only works half the time.
Response: Yeah but when it's all the time maybe you should fix the problem. WF and Cyrpus never have these sort of issues.

4 windows 3 people to serve people and not knowing how their system works and having to ask a colleague what to do, AND THE LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR THEM TO KNOW WHAT TO DO ???

My experience is horrible I have been on hold for over 30 mins been trying to get in touch with a bank teller everytime they hang up on me so I call back now they won't even answer there phones can you guys fix this please or I will take my business elsewhere

Tellers should have a better understanding of opening accounts... It takes hours and hours to open a business account under the existing main account, and weeks later they send you a letter that the information is incorrect.
Shouldn't the cashier have corroborated that information from the beginning?
I had no problem opening my previous accounts (at another branch) until I came here.
Don't waste your time like you wasted mine.

Came to this branch to open a ''secondary'' business account because I was around the area... clerk spent hours and hours uploading the paperwork for it... and a few weeks later, they sent me a letter notifying me they will close the account because the paperwork is ''incorrect. We used the same paperwork to open the main business account (on another branch) and had no problems, now these guys made me do all of it again.
