Poor customer service. Called pharmacy to clarify a rx that was sent in and listed as ready yet when I picked up the rest of my meds the day before they said it was not filled, clarified with Dr and on my app profile that rx was sent and ready to fill but had action of contact pharmacy when I called the pharmacy the staff member would not let me finish speaking, continued to cut me off and would not let me finish my question. When I addressed her rude behavior she continued to cut me off saying I was not listening when I could not even finish my question to have an answer. Very rude communication skills. She should try hearing the patient out before trying to come up with an explanation that did not make sense or fit the situation.

Went in today to purchase some Self=Adherent wrap tape. They had a package of 2 of what I wanted and special sign, buy one buy the 2nd for 50% off until 12/30. Took them up to checkout and was told they weren't on sale. Went back after I took my purchase to my car and went back to take a picture of the sale tag. They had already removed it. Poor customer service.

Had to wait an 1 1/2 hours, went back, and still didn't have it ready. It was about 5 minutes for the pharmacist to get off the phone (even though I was at the window) and about 5 minutes longer to get it ready.

Went in to buy some chips and beer. First they assumed my partner was under age cause she went out to the car. Checker doesn't even say hi, and just says, "I assume she isn't old enough". I told them she definitely is of age and could get her to come back and show her ID. She then said it didn't matter cause they needed someone old enough to sell it to me. The checker finally gets ahold of the manager who tells her to send me back to the pharmacy to check out. I got back there and there was 10+ people in line with one pharmacist. So I ended up only buying the chips from the checker upfront. I didn't even get the sell cause the checker wouldn't scan a dummy rewards for me. Very judgmental, non-helpful staff.

I was there March 22 around 2:30 the older lady with grey hair in the pharmacy was very mean and disrespectful did not help at all

My first dose of the Covid vaccine went great, took less than 10 minutes. The second time, I went in for my scheduled appointment at 8:30 pm. The lady asked if I could come back tomorrow instead, because they close in 30 minutes. I told her I mad an appointment and she told me I would have to come back tomorrow. Seemed to me like she didn't really want to do her job at all.

There prices are too high so I rarely shop in this store. My concerns are with the drive up pharmacy. There's a New Mexican lady wearing a vest on it says, Andrea. (I didn't see a badge) She is very rude and doesn't know how to do her job. Customer service, she has NONE!!!! She judges me on my prescriptions. Out of her mouth she asks me, "You are already out of your prescription!" One it's none of her business but two my doctor added it for the following month. The next time I drive up. They call and say it is ready. Which it wasn't, so she asks, "me if I'd like to wait." Very kindly I say," sure, no problem."She comes back w attitude. I say," why do you ALWAYS have attitude." She says," I could say the same about you!" Well, Andrea I'm NOT THE ONE ON THE CLOCK!! Then she asked, "if I wanted my prescription?" I said "Yes, I want my medicine,"that's what I'm here for, really?!? NOW I NEED TO BEG HER!! What's wrong with this lady!?! She needs to quit. And not work with customers. People come here sick, tired. They are picking up VERY IMPORTANT MEDICATION!! She talks down on people JUDGES and is DISRESPECTFUL. When I am sick and tired. I don't need her JUDGING ME !!!! My family 5 different people with different last names have experienced this and have went elsewhere with their business. Now I know why!!

Every time I call to get a refill I'm on hold forever. This last time I'd missed my medication cause I ran out and got super sick from it. Tried to call to refill, and was on hold for over an hour. I never got through, I ended up calling Smiths pharmacy and trying to get my prescription pulled over. Smiths answered after 30 seconds. Never filling any prescriptions at this Walgreens again.

Wouldn't sell me two propane tank refills even though there were multiple in the cage that had the new blue caps on them. Probably just didn't want to leave to help out.

Not only am I ALWAYS unhappy with this location but so are my friends. EVERYTIME I come here customer service doesn't know WTF they're doing. Sure the store is clean and the cashiers are great at saying hello.... but that isn't enough! First off... pharmacy NEVER has their estimated time for pick up with prescriptions on time. Always Capping saying it's going to be completed at "insert time here" and when you show up they say it'll be another 15-20 mins. This occurred on more than one occasion. . Secondly, the thick girl with the horrible brown and red hair needs to educate herself on prepared reload cards. Denied me reloading my card at this location because it was a "GREEN DOT" card and they only use "UNIVERSAL RELOAD" okay little lazy worker it's the SAME THING! I asked if she could try and she said no because the last customer apparently didn't see the money deposited. That's because it takes about 30-40 minutes to show up in their account sweetie. MANAGERS train your associates better. This location is just horrible.

New-ish Walgreens is clean and shiny. There's a variety of grab-n-go items. The parking lot is the absolute worst with cross traffic going every which way. The drive thru pharmacy is also convenient but often very slow!
