They are prob the worst pick up location for fed ex. I’ve come 3 times to pick up the package and they had it the whole time they just didn’t want to look for it. Horrible lazy people.

I was having an allergy/asthma attack, and my husband went inside to get me some medication. My husband is blind in one eye and needed help to find the correct medication for me. So, he asked an employee for help and she just told him “Its right there” and walked away. She didn't even try showing where it was or anything like that. My husband was shocked at how rude she was.
He spoke with a manager and she apologized for the poor customer service. She mentioned she will speak with the employee. Hopefully, she does! This behavior is extremely unprofessional and if you can't work in a public environment please consider getting a different job!!

Takes several days for this pharmacy to even start to fill a refill. They are closed random times throughout the day and if you try to call, expect to wait at least an hour to talk to someone.

Horrible, they lost my child’s prescription after having me wait for 30 mins with a sick kid. They said please have your doctor resend the prescription and we’ll fill it after our lunch. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO WALGREENS.

Rude pharmacy staff!!! I can't stand being in the store so I call instead. When they eventually answer the phone after being on hold for nearly an hour they ask "how can I help you be well today" but what they are really asking is "how can I waste your time and not help you today?" I have a prescription for a controlled drug and I have had a hard time finding it in stock anywhere (Walgreens, Costco, Smiths) so I called to ask if they had it in stock and was told they can't tell me whether or not it is in stock but the prescriber can call and ask them. She claimed it was for security reasons, but every other time I've called for a stock check whether controlled or not they could tell me yes or no it was in stock. This was even after two other Walgreens told me they don't have it but call Kearns. So I'm moving ALL my prescriptions to Harmon's because they don't accuse me of being a criminal or addict looking for my next fix. I just want to get my son what his doctor prescribed. We have a real prescription and health insurance and everything. I get that they are overworked and underpaid but that's not my problem. If Walgreens paid more then maybe they could attract staff that can actually help patients be well.

I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy. The staff is so rude and inconsiderate. I dread having to deal with the staff.

Every time I have to visit the pharmacy here, which is very rare. I get treated coldly and scolded like a toddler. Last time I'm putting up with this, so I'm moving over to Harmons down the street! ... also, whatever you buy here, be very watchful of the cashiers. They have not added discounts and sales before, charging full price. When you ask to rectify this, they treat you like it's your mistake, not theirs. It's just really bad vibes here, I must say. Who knows... maybe it will change in time and get better

Most unhelpful disrespectful staff ever !!! if you see a white guy at the pharmacy he is nothing but rude and unhelpful you might as well just stay home cause he isn’t going to help fill your prescription.
