“I live across the country from this store, so my experience with it is limited to the days surrounding my daughter's wedding. Per the great advice of Stephanie, the store manager, I had contacted Dollar Tree's main number and ordered vases, candles and other items about three weeks in advance to be delivered to the Hurricane store for pickup a few days prior to the wedding, plus I shopped in-store for additional items once there. While there was a logistical glitch pertaining to the delivery, I was not only impressed but also extremely appreciative of how Stephanie handled it. Stephanie went way out of her way -- and without making me feel like she was going out of her way! -- to undo the effects of the mistakes that had happened, and she was able to pull everything together for us in time. She was a true professional in every way, and definitely an asset to the store. In the end, the store provided everything we needed, and the management was great.”
