The WORST experience of my life. Outdated practices, slow response time. Horrible beginning. First they email you a PDF. Contract that asks for your full SSN which they DON’T NEED if you have your own modem and router. Second, they are CLEARLY understaffed because the average wait time is fifteen minutes to twenty minutes for someone to answer. Forget about calling after work because they’re probably closed. Also, don’t expect your fiber to be installed for at least 6 to 8 weeks! And when you call customer service and tell them that you have been waiting, they put it back on you and say you should’ve signed up sooner, as if you somehow knew that they’re probably searching for stamps to mail out work orders to their installers, while ignoring the fact that I did actually sign up two weeks before I closed on my home. Each time you call the service team, they tell you it’ll be two weeks, and when you let them know that the last agent told you that two weeks ago, they did say ‘oh we’re a little bit behind and then they’ll say they’ll have someone call you back with more information,’ which never happens. (I’ve had four different agents tell me that somebody would be calling me back, and nobody has called me back.) I work from home and I still don’t have service, which means I’m trying to do work at a coffee shop, family members house, library, everywhere, but my actual home. another agent tried to tell me that these things take time, saying “I’m sure you know that when you move into a new house, you have to set it up early.” Maybe if you looked through the box of your customers PDF’s and found my name on your microfiche you’re see that I did set it up early, but that would probably take you another two weeks to figure out. No wonder so many people in Tooele County use Xfinity, because the alternative would take them months. Also, there’s zero communication after you fill out their little flyer, none. You have to do all the calling, no email telling you some timeline, no estimation, no guidance. The only sort of timeline they gave me was a date of the 24th, saying someone would reach out. So of course, they didn’t. So and I call them on the 26th and the answering service from 1910 tells me their office is closed and they don’t know when the service team will be back in….They D O N’ T K N O W when they’ll be back in? I can’t even imagine what the agent’s KPI’s must look like? Are they using a bean counter to determine the statistics of their calls? Is the construction team using mules to trench? I must be a glutton for punishment, because I need something fast and reliable to be able to work. Yet I could not recommend them to anyone at this point and I sincerely doubt that will change based off first impressions, even if their speed is faster than light.

Absolutely prefect internet. Absolutely perfect staff. Comcast and any other ISP can't come close to the quality of internet and customer service.

Your customer service representative was beyond awesome. I am visually impaired. I had a hard time navigating through the application process and she went beyond her duty to help me get that filled out and submitted. She deserves a bonus.

becky is the person that has helped me and has been very patient with all my questions. She has been able to walk me through everything spent time sending me messages and now I have the program. I am very happy with what I have right now. As I learn more, I might change some things. But I am especially happy for what I have and how much help Becky has been.
