I want to give this more stars but they put that a package has been delivered without the package actually being delivered so your delivery date isn’t really what they show you! Won’t buy from here again.

The Layton hills mall Aeropostale only carries the regular Jean length in store. Not short or long. There is a bogo sale going on in store. I need a long length. I was told I can get the long length online but cannot partake in the bogo sale online. Why aren't other lengths carried in store?

I love Aeropostale they have some of the best selves and am quality good clothing and it won't break the bank you can always find something that you like at least I always do and they I have tons of things that are really cute and they're usually under twenty bucks especially on sale and their pants they usually have good sales like buy one get one free the pants are about 60 bucks but I'll pay $30 a pair when I get to that's a good price for good quality in my opinion

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in an Aeropostale store. The two girls behind the counter were very rude!! I asked for a changing room and they ignored my first request, and when i approached the counter to ask a second time they gave me a blank stare and lazily walked me to a changing room. When it came time to pay i set my items on the counter, only to have them immediately pushed off the counter and back into my hands by one of the workers. If she was unable to help me, she could have told me instead of being so down right rude. I gave 2 stars because I was happy with the selection of clothing, but If I was basing this review solely off the behavior and helpfulness of the workers I would put 0 stars.

I actually ended up going in here on a whim. By that I mean I was letting my toddler run off some energy at the mall during slow hours, and for whatever reason he decided to flail into the store. I'm so glad he did. The two ladies that were working the store we're very friendly and genuinely very caring. They even, not asked mind you, entertained/distracted my son so I could do some shopping. I ended up buying five articles of clothing and I'm so grateful for the break they gave me. All the merchandise was well-stocked and neatly folded. As far as mall stores go, it was full without being cluttered and easy to find the clothes I like.
