Don’t use this location. A month ago now I tried to deposit cash into one of the ATM’s, halfway through a “transaction failed” message popped up on the screen and it ended everything. It then spit out 1 of the 11 bills I tried to deposit. I went inside to speak with someone about getting my money back and he filled out a form with all my info. I do not have an account with AFCU but I have deposited at this location multiple times with no issues. I was told I would receive a letter in the mail, a phone call or an email once they audited that specific ATM. At the 2 week mark of not receiving anything I sent an email explaining the situation to that branch. The response I received said they can’t speak about “sensitive information” through email. A week later I was finally able to go inside the branch again to try to get info from someone there. I was told because I don’t have an account with them there is no way for them to check the status of anything and I had to contact my own bank and have them check. I tried to explain again that my bank was not the issue and that the original person I spoke to said I would receive communication from AFCU after the ATM audit. Before I even finished explaining, she interrupted me and told me there is nothing they can do about it. She then laughed and said they’ve been having so many issues with their ATM’s at that location like losing 90% of the cash I wanted to deposit was something fun. After laughing at the situation, she told me I should just open an account with them as it only takes $1 to do. I would recommend never using this location unless you don’t mind having your money stolen from you and never given back.

Highly recommend. The customer service was fantastic! I worked with Gen, and she was beyond helpful and kind throughout our interaction. Also, the few tellers I spoke with were very sweet and helpful. If you want a bank with good representatives, this is the bank for you!!

You’ll have better luck if you avoid Porter. He’s obnoxious and very unprofessional. He chose to announce my cash deposit amount several times to the entire lobby and finally asked me to leave his station after I asked him not to do that.

Avoid this branch!! I have been signing checks over to my husband for a while now, and one day out of nowhere they refused to cash the check and told my husband I needed to come in to sign the back of the check in front of them. I went in, mind you I'm in kidney failure and it's extremely difficult for me to leave the house. I signed over the check in front of them and they still refused to cash the check, the manager was rude and refused to give me a reason as to why. The only answer I got is that I have to get an account or the check has to be directly signed over to my husband. We've never had an issue with it before at this branch or any other and this is the only branch that says they won't cash it. If I go to a different branch there's no problem. I called their corporate office and was told that there is no America first policy that would prevent him from cashing a check I signed over to him, just that the manager can have branch preferences which to me just sounds like discrimination at her discretion. I was going to just open an account with them to make things easier but after the way this manager treated me and my husband, I will not be opening an account with them. From reading some of the other reviews I'm apparently not the only one that has had issues at this branch.

Fayth can’t get the job done. I had to go to another branch to get the job done with better care and less attitude. Who knew you can get a pin reset by calling a phone number instead of waiting 24 hours. No faith in in this beach and in Fayth.

Avoid using this branch of America First especially if you are a minority from the moment the branch manager realized that my husband was African American his whole demeanor towards me changed and we were treated as if we were criminals! When I mentioned this to my Latina daughter in law she said that she avoids this branch because she is treated badly here also.

Came in to have a document notarized, the employee did the entire thing incorrectly so the document was not accepted. Now I have to completely redo everything and will definitely not be coming here again. Just avoid this branch entirely. This is not the first issue I’ve had at this location.

Never had an issue with this bank or any afcy branch. I've been banking with afcy for over 20 yrs and they have been wonderful

I've been scammed with fraudulent charges 3-4 times and Faith the loan officer said there was nothing she could do to help me so now I have no money and am extremely upset with her and America first

We came in for a third car loan thru this credit union but it was the first time comming into this branch and if I could go back in time I would turn the car around to another branch because I wasted time and money dealing with the loan officers and bank manager for a car loan we got approved for. In the future we will be avoiding this branch like the plague and if I still use the credit union I will be going elsewhere

Extremely slow, unpleasant, does not appreciate the customer, sometimes won’t even talk to you. You tell them what you want they do it (sometimes) then silence. New leadership needed. I guess they think they are so valuable and important that their business could never go under. Well, there’s a laundry list of companies that thought the same thing and they went bankrupt and are gone. If you don’t improve then who knows maybe this branch or the whole thing will disappear.
