One of their workers assumed i couldn’t speak english due to me entering the store while saying something in spanish..very rude. Her other co-worker was very nice!

Rude customer service. Refused refund because the one tag that fell off THE POCKET STILL HAD THE WAIAT TAG ON. BUT ALL THE OTHER TAGS WERE ON. ONLINE ORDER HAD THEM FOR TWO DAYS ALL TAGS THERE. BOTH ASSOCIATES RUDE.

My husband and I were in-store today picking up an online order. The process with the staff was quick and easy, and I didn't have to wait long at all to pick up my order. When you order online for in-store pickup, they don't charge the card until you pick up, which is nice if you end up changing your mind before you go get the item. I'm always impressed with how clean and organized the store is here (sometimes there are retail stores that can't seem to keep clothes folded or on the racks but this AE location does a great job). Their dressing rooms were also clean and it was easy to get one when we needed one. They had a great deal on shorts while we were there so we got a few pairs. Overall, I like the in-store experience here significantly more than a lot of retail clothing stores I've been to before!

There is a need for significant improvement in customer service. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for someone to open the fitting room, even though the store was not busy. I felt ignored by the staff, particularly the cashier, who was unfriendly and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. While I appreciate the merchandise, I will not be returning to this store due to the poor customer service.

Wrong size..... AGAIN.
~I've decided that I'm officially DONE buying from AEO now; they've changed they way their pants fit and they keep sending me the wrong sizes of pants nearly every time I order. I'm going other places now.
