The drive thru line moves quickly! Can't beat some Arby's sauce on a classic roast beef. I wish they had a combo with two roast beef sandwiches though.

I ordered 4 chicken sliders tonight and I asked them to add Smokey Q to all of them. The man repeated it back to me and said he could do it. And then what do you know, none of them have Smokey Q on them. What a let down, thanks for nothing

ordered the "brisket" sandwich. was treated to a half filled sorry excuse for a sandwich containing nothing but fat and dried out cheese (as in half of the sandwich was filled with fat and the other half was just bread).This experience reminded me why I haven't been to Arby's in 15 years and wont be returning.Additionally the mac and cheese bites are a lie, they aren't remotely similar to what's shown on the menu.Overall id be surprised if Arby's hasn't been sued by now for false advertising, though I haven't checked.

Manager there (Chadman) is absolutely disrespectful. I ordered a mobile order and they didn’t even receive the order. So I showed him the confirmation and everything ordered and even showed that it was paid for. He then proceeded to tel me that he can’t make the food and started to raise his voice and be disrespectful to my wife so we told him we wanted a refund at which point he got more disrespectful. At that point I got heated and raised my voice back as to which he responds with “I have the right to refuse service and being that you are being rude I’m gonna have to ask you to leave” and I told him I need a refund and he refused both a refund and service. Thankful a younger guy (Tristan) stepped in and calmed the situation down and got our order out within 5 min. I really hope the general manager Reyna Ortega can get that chadman under control as it could have ended very badly for him and the restaurant if it weren’t for Tristan

Waited several minutes at the counter. I know at least two employees saw me but never acknowledged that I was there. A simple "We'll help you shortly" would have kept me there. Upon leaving, I noticed there were only three cars in the drive-thru. Can't claim they were busy....

I drop in here on Mondays for lunch quite often. I don't trust new items on their menu. For instance their Philly sandwich is nothing like the photo at all. Most of their food is quite good though.
