Didn’t purchase my ring from them but took it in to be resized. They were able to resize my ring in a timely and efficient manner. They even cleaned it for me. It looked better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Highly recommend for resizing/cleaning.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to have diamond earrings switched to a different setting. Other jewelry stores just discarded my idea and tried to sell me new ones (for a whole lot more, of course). Ari gave me several settings to choose from and never tried to sell me more than I wanted.
