Totally satisfied with Aspen Ridge, Matt, and all the awesome staff. I spent 7 months in significant pain from a lower back injury. After 2 injections, 2 different chiropractors, and 1 other PT I had almost no relief and seriously considering surgery.I was fortunate to start with Aspen Ridge in November. 6 weeks later I am sooo much better and have my life back! So grateful for such great attention and a solid program.

Matt Toone and the entire team at Aspen Ridge are absolutely incredible. I am not only grateful for the progress I made because of the care I was provided during each visit, but also felt I had gained new friends along the way - each who happen to work there. I was also incredibly impressed with the core values that are publicly posted in a main corridor wall for all to read. I took a photo of some of those core values to share with the team I work with because they were so inspiring to me. My intent is to establish similar core values where I work.In my mind, there is no better place or atmosphere than Aspen Ridge in which to receive the skilled and compassionate PT care you need. If you are willing to work hard in and outside of the office, you too will make the progress you need to be more flexible, productive and experience significantly less pain. The skills you gain from the exercises you learn to do and will continue to do after your visits conclude will truly be a God-send.

Aspen Ridge was hands down the best, most professional and effective physical therapy i have ever received. Prior to coming in, a friend called me who had been going to Aspen Ridge. She said “I don’t care where else you have scheduled an appointment, you need to cancel and go to this place.” I am so grateful that she did! I have had a lot of physical therapy during my life and I have never been to one that allowed you to see the doctor every day. That was just amazing and I was able to really gauge my progress. Jordan and Matt were extremely competent, answered all of my questions and showed care and concern at every visit. No matter how busy they were they took the time to spend with each individual client. The technicians are wonderful as well and are very well trained on all of the equipment and the methods used in physical therapy. They were not just children playing on their phones as we did the exercises. That has been my experience before. I am so grateful that I was able to recover from back surgery as well as a broken kneecap. I will definitely go there again if I am in need.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and compassion shown by the entire staff at Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy. They are the very best and take great pride in helping those who put their trust in them. Doctors Matt Toone and Jordan Brady personally oversee and are actively involved in the treatment of each patient during every visit. The entire staff works to make you feel at home in the Aspen Ridge Facility. They know you by name and it is a warm and comfortable environment to be in. I would strongly recommend Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy to my family and friends and anyone seeking help. The folks there are truly amazing!

I had shoulder surgery in August. I chose to go to Aspen Ridge for my physical therapy. I am progressing well and feeling good about my recovery. I have a coworker who had the same surgery 4 or 5 weeks before mine. We were comparing our progress the other day and I was surprised that I am farther along in my recovery than he is. This coworker went to a few physical therapy appointments and decided they were not needed, he could do the exercises at home. I asked how he was doing with certain exercises, he didn't know about them. I believe he didn't go long enough to get enough knowledge of needed exercises to progress in his recovery. Physical therapy is hard work and, yes it hurts! But I was so happy to be able to lift my arm away from my body after 6 weeks in a brace. I did do my exercises at home and I am able to lift my arm above my head and to the side and finally the middle of my back. My coworker cannot do this yet.I feel I made a good choice with Aspen Ridge, I like working with Matt, he is good to encourage and keep you progressing.Aspen Ridge has friendly office personnel and 3 outstanding women who help all of us to keep on track and help us again and again when we can't remember how to do our exercises! I highly recommend this physical therapy establishment.

Top notch! Due to my physical activities and multiple injuries throughout my life, I have been to many physical therapists throughout the years. Aspen Ridge is by FAR the best I have been to. I am recovering from a total knee replacement and they push me hard while watching very closely to be sure that I am doing the exercises correctly and don't do any harm to the knee. Everyone working in this office gel together and make the experience awesome. I have not once felt neglected. Very knowledgeable therapists and staff. You can't go wrong by choosing Aspen Ridge!

I’m am thankful for Aspen Ridge PT. I fell last December and began to see Jordan in February after my Dr referred me for hip and leg pain. I wasn’t able to sit down or tie my shoes in the beginning. I did PT and later on found out I injured my back as well. After back surgery, I went back to Aspen Ridge to see Matt for the 2nd time and I’m finally back to no pain and it’s as if I never got injured in the first place. I cannot thank the Matt and Jordan, or the girls, enough to getting me back to my life. I 10/10 recommend them and will go back to see then for any future PT needs.

In March I was preparing for my trip to Germany. When I experienced problems with my sciatica. My doctor recommended Aspen Ridge physical therapy and within 9 days I was able to sit again so I could make the nine and a half hour flight to Europe. The atmosphere there is so family oriented. You get to know Dr. Matt and Dr. Jordan and they are so invested in your progress. Julia, Michelle and Cassie take such good care of their patients as well and you always feel better when you leave. Heather and Anna in the reception are so personable that you feel like part of the family. When you walk in the office. The equipment is top notch and the treatments are so personalized for whatever is ailing you. You also get to know the other patients and have the opportunity to build friendships with them. On top of all that, they have fabulous music playing in the background to uplift the mood. I highly recommend this facility and I'm a patient the second time around and I'm still getting the best quality of treatment.

I had the pleasure of being a patient at Aspen Ridge for several weeks, and I highly recommend their services for a number of reasons. My perspective factors in prior experience with other providers - even at the big franchised clinics. If you want personable, professional, and effective physical therapy in Davis County, then Aspen Ridge won't disappoint.First, Matthew Toone, the proprietor of the clinic, is truly a caring person. He caters your therapy regimen accordingly, all the way down to the quirky jokes on display and positive tunes playing in the clinic. Never a day of dread at the clinic, you'll always come away ready for the next challenge.Second, the staff are a natural extension of Matthew's culture of care for patients' well-being. He recently brought on Jordan Brady to alleviate the growing clientele demand and the two compliment each other's personalities effectively - entertaining as much as they are sincere. Julia, Michelle, and Amanda are welcoming, prepared, and adaptable - your name is not ever forgotten.Aspen Ridge offers just as innovative and traditional therapy tools, methods, and equipment, as any other physical therapy clinic along the Wasatch Front - and in some ways, even better. From a simple rope pully to hands-on scrape therapy, my experience allowed me to quickly reach my mobility goals. Most notably, the diversity of clients that I observed at the clinic - both ethnically and demographically - speaks a lot to the comprehensive professionalism and positivity existing at Aspen Ridge.

I totally busted my wrist back in March, and I chose Aspen Ridge for my therapy. I had Matthew Toone as my therapist and Jordan Brady a few times when Matt wasn't in. Both are fantastic therapists. The staff, Michelle, Julie & Cassie are super assistants and really personable and thorough. I also want to mention both of the front office staff, Erica and office manager Anna. Both ladies are super helpful and very nice. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing therapy. I had just started on the therapy for my wrist when I had a tendon rupture in my thumb, and after the 2nd surgery for the tendon repair, I went back to Aspen Ridge to continue with the wrist therapy and then included the thumb as well. I have use of both my wrist and my thumb, thanks to my therapy I am back riding my motorcycles! ?

I have been very impressed with Aspen Ridge. The atmosphere is great. You can tell that the entire staff are happy to be there and want to help you to recover. Everyone has a positive attitude and it spreads to their patients, myself included. They listen to your needs and build a personal treatment plan to help you achieve them. They monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed. They are easy to work with. I had to cancel one of my appointments and reschedule for another day. The process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Hopefully I will not need physical therapy again but if I do I will go back to them.
