They are the best and took everything thing that I said and made sure that I got the best deal for the best price and I definitely recommend working with these agents as they go above and beyond to take care of there clients, the store manager is one of the nicest and the most understanding agents and if anyone needs any help this is the store to go to!!!

Shaylyn (store manager).does an outstanding job of setting the bar high for customer service. She fights for her customers and does the hard work to work with AT&T billing. She takes the time to answer customer questions and resolve issues.

Great workers, they are super interactive and it seems like you’re just hanging out with friends while getting a new phone. Super kind and funny people and the only problem I’ve had was the tech team being slow but that’s not on the workers here at all. They made sure to keep us happy and fed with their snacks ?

My experience with Shaylynn was phenomenal. She took a very large problem made by someone else and fully fixed the issue plus got me the credits back that were needed and took her time her patience in doing so. she made me feel valued and was over willing to help with whatever issues I had at the time even though the issue had nothing to do with her or her team. I will always return to this location. On a side note Her team at this location work together so well they enjoy their jobs. They enjoy helping people get what they need and be able to have communication with others in the world. And they do it with a smile and a laugh.
