I had a very poor experience with Kaiya. I signed up for a plan after being told I qualified for a certain discount. Long story short the person who signed me up signed me up for a plan he didn’t quote me with and signed me by profession title instead of by employer. So I didn’t qualify for the discount t and my monthly bill was around $275 when I was quoted at $87 a month. I decided to cancel my plan and was told to go to this AT&T store to return the phone I ordered.
I think Kaiya was trying to convince me to not cancel the plan. She told me it would be a pain and I would be without service for up to week until a SIM card could be mailed to me. 🙀She also said I could not buy the phone to get out of the contract. 😱I still opted to cancel. She took off the service from my existing phone then tried to refund me but there was an error so she told me to go to the Farmington store to ask for a return there.
I go back to Farmington, they put service back on my phone so I can use it until I port to another carrier, and they told me I could’ve bought the phone outright to get out of the contract. Very disappointed in the way I was treated at Layton. If you want to sign up for AT&T ask for Jackson at the Farmington location. He seems to be one of the few that is knowledgeable and helpful. 🙏

I am very particular and will only use a corporate store . After my 22 years as a customer , I have come to expect a certain level of customer service, especially since phones and plans are an investment. This is the third time I have worked with Omara. She is nothing less than professional, very kind, and always provides as many options for solutions regarding my issue anytime I am there. She lets me know the full scope of what's available and gives recommendations based on my needs at the time. She is also very open and forthcoming about any financial impact before a decision is made. She lets me know about any fees or taxes, etc so I know going into something what I am looking at on the financial side.

If you're looking for cellphone service , I highly recommend do not go here. Any of the prices on their shelves are falsely marked. Their service is very poor if they could get something together and actually make something work right would be amazing.After spending 7 hours trying to get cellphone service.I stayed with my original carrier which I would highly recommend staying with. They have more issues than they know how to resolve and any prices they give you false. If.
You can give a negative 10 star.I would definitely do that

Picked up a new phone and not even two weeks and sound is already garbled. They apparently gave us a defective phone. Went back there hoping to get it fixed or get another phone and they turned us away. Told us to go to Apple Store for repair since it’s under warranty.

I went in to turn in my phone for trade in after setting up the new one at home. The woman who initially helped me was pretty rude. She insulted me directly for not knowing very specific things in their system that she could have found just by looking up my phone number. I told her I’d prefer to work with the store manager. She stormed off to the back of the store. The manager came out a few min later and was great. He looked up my number and figured out what was needed in less than 3 minutes. He was apologetic about the other employee’s behavior. There are AT&T stores all over. I doubt I’ll return to this one.

Omara and Patrick were fantastic to work with! Very professional and knowledgeable. They not only helped us with our needs. They promoted their services without being pushy and gains 10 lines for the AT&T. They are a definite asset to your company!

Go to any other AT&T store if you can. I spent about an hour on the website trying to troubleshoot a phone problem and went into this store for help. A girl in the store was actually trying to help me and I felt like we were making progress when a bearded guy came out of the back and started yelling at me to basically go home and use the website if I wanted help with my issue. That dude should not be allowed to interact with customers.
