After being rear ended took my van to this shop because it was preferred by the person at fault insurance. The company was only looking out for the insurance company. He spent 5 minutes taking pictures didn’t even touch my car. Then told the insurance that there is hidden damage under my bumper from before.

Awful communication and customer service. Stay away from this shop go to Caliber Collision in Kaysville you’re better off there. I had to be the one to call to even find out my car was done and now I’m being charged extra for my rental car. They asked for my phone number and then took the wrong phone number from the insurance company of the person who hit my car.

I’ve brought two of my vehicles here. One was a fender bender and the other a t bone. They have been very easy to work with. I dint have any issue working with the insurance company on either vehicle. They do very nice work!

Absolutely outstanding. My truck got some damage in an accident and found this place for repairs. They were friendly and the quality of work is unmatched, you’d have no idea anything had ever happened. Also, they communicated through text several times throughout the repairs. This is the second time we have used Auto Crafters. We have found their work to be really good and will keep going there. The only negative comment I have for them is how they handle insurances (and thus the individuals that have that insurance) that they "normally" don't work with. Don't treat us like we have zombie disease. You wouldn't even provide an estimate at first to my daughter and I had to intervene just to convince you to provide an estimate. The concern was that you would waste your time providing an estimate just to get nothing. I get it, I face that in my business as well. It's part of doing business.
