The 6ft tall gal at the counter was a 10/10. Had to deal with a difficult customer and was polite and professional. Afterwards she was more than kind and professional helping me check out. She is a 10/10. Pat on the back. Gold star. Discount on coffee. Idk what B&N does for good employees but she should get it.
