I am a usual costumer in the store and most people atleast recognize my face. But today i had a rude employee stared at me weird follow me in the background and keep an eye on me in general. I saw her wisper at another employee while looking at me it was very off putting and i didnt like it at all. Usually its a very nice environment and very friendly employees. But today just made me not wanna visit the store anymore.

Would give a 0 if I could the cashier put in the wrong phone number for my rewards number. I spent over $60 and now my points and receipt are sent to some other person. They should verify the name on the account.

Im confused how i can get an email saying there is a order ready to be picked up and being as of a large corporation you are that you just have one of your stores closed in the middle of the day in the middle of the week with no rhyme or reason, or a little note say oh btw dont show up don’t show up today to pick it up, even though we just told you its ready to be picked up.
