So I had an unexpected damage tire from a piece of shrapnel while parking at a job site in the Layton area. I had very little to no time once off work to figure out how to make it to the Layton Big O tires before they closed and I literally made it there with 10 minutes before closing time. I communicated with the shift manager Taylor throughout the day. He was very accommodating and understanding threw the whole ordeal and a big huge shout out to Jace and Ruben and Taylor as all three of them teamed up to help get my tires replaced as fast as possible even though it was past their closing time. Truly, Lifesavers.. and not only that, just for extra fun, my starter started acting up leaving Big O tires so I was again In a position of being stranded.. Then Jace and Ruben came out to my truck while they were leaving to go home and stayed even longer to help me fix the starter issue. And thankfully it was fixed.
I couldn't be more grateful for those guys. They were very courteous, understanding and extremely helpful in my time of need. Many many thanks to them!! Y'all rock!!

I've been coming here for a while now, they're always so professional and willing to help, my advisor Taylor got me scheduled in for a repair on my car, messaged me when it was done and the total came out to less than I was expecting which is always a good surprise!

Taylor M was my contact & service writer, he was absolutely very professional greeted me right away. I was the first customer in and even though it was a couple of minutes early he still helped me. I love Big O. I’ve been a Big O girl for many many years & won’t ever stop having them take care of my vehicles

Got a set of Terra max R/T tires for my 2024 Silverado 2500. Tires look and work great so far. Didn’t feel any slipping on a snow covered dirt road up in the hills. My old stock A/T tires were garbage in the mud or snow. Price on these were hard to beat. Many thanks Aly for the hookup with these awesome tires

Not what I expected on a Saturday morning after seeing a nail in the side wall of my tire. Kudos to Aly for saving the day. I am so happy with the friendly customer service I received from Aly at the Big O in Layton. Aly was extremely helpful and friendly. Aly greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She recommended some tires that would be a good fit for my vehicle. Since the tires were not in the store, Aly arranged for one of the other advisors to go and get the tires. The tires were mounted and installed in a matter of hours. I recommend the team at the Big O in Layton and I will continue to do business with this team. I was treated very well and I appreciate all of their kindness.

Taylor at the Layton location was awesome! He didn’t hesitate to help me the second I walked in the door, I’ve been to other locations where that wasn’t the case! He was polite and quick to get me checked in. I walked in without an appointment for I tire repair, they were pretty busy with, 5 people waiting in front of me, but still got me out of there within 20 minutes, and the best part, it didn’t cost me a thing! Thank you Taylor and the Layton team! I’ll be back if I ever need service’s again!
