My shop tried to make it look better but we are professional Detailer’s not painters. So I referred it over to Jordan. My customer was thrilled, came out better than expected. You could never tell the vehicle had been scratched. I see some other people leaving negative reviews I would not let those steer you away, some people just want perfection with unrealistic goals. These guys went above and beyond and definitely started a new relationship with our company! “Dan was responsive and thorough. He pointed out damage that a previous body shop missed injust the walk around. In a few minutes I had an estimate in hand, a rental car set up, and a return appointment.
I did not get the promised follow-up call about additional damage that was found or updates, but did get a prompt reply to my inquiry. However, this may have been due to the other parties insurance having taken full responsibility and covering things so there wasn't a concern for problems.
The work is guaranteed so if questions or concerns arise I was invited to return or call promptly to get it resolved.
When I picked up the car, not only was the expected repairs completed and the electronics recalibrated, but the whole car inside and out was clean and detailed. I was not expecting this and was pleasantly surprised.”
“I recently had ny headlights restored, first off let me say the customer services is top notch. I was given a ride home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. The headlights look like they were brand new once they were finished, they did a fantastic job and once completed I was picked up and brought back to the shop. They also quickly washed my vehicle .
