There was only one cashier in the whole store lady didn't speak a wood of English understand English kept using the translation app on her phone to communicate that is really unprofessional so me and my husband left changes hire somebody that only spokes one language understands Spanish only speaks English too

I came here for a new sim card or a new phone if the issue was my phone. The woman here DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL. She is in her late 20s or early 30s so I feel like she was not a legal immigrant. I had to talk to her through her translator app on her phone and she just kept repeating the same things over and over because she couldn't understand my questions. Would have liked to pick up a new phone today but the communication barrier was insane and took 1 hour to not resolve anything.

Store was clean. Attendant seemed nice. Went in after bad customer service at the Clearfield location for black Friday promotion which was good for Saturday too. It was in store only promotion. She did not know what we were talking about. Was supposed to be $39 & she kept wanting to charge us more than the $79 Clearfield location. Layton quoted us $119. We showed her the ad and she kept saying no texting someone else for answers also. The ad clearly stating that it is in store only. I would post pictures of the ad but this review site won't let me.we have troubles eveytime we go to these locations.

I have called this place multiple times and they never answer their phone. I have been with boost mobile for years and the service at this location is absolutely ridiculous. Usually, I will try to see the silver lining in places I do business with, however, this place needs to be investigated by boost itself or even BBB. I bought prepaid internet a while back and it has been a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone at this store. Try calling them and you won’t get anyone to answer. The lady that works there ONLY speaks Spanish. I’m lucky enough to be able to speak to her, but she didn’t know what she was doing and always refers back to her manager. Please get some retraining going or new staff. I am going to possibly start looking for a new carrier after being a faithful customer for almost 8 years.
