Store was clean. Attendant seemed nice. Went in after bad customer service at the Clearfield location for black Friday promotion which was good for Saturday too. It was in store only promotion. She did not know what we were talking about. Was supposed to be $39 & she kept wanting to charge us more than the $79 Clearfield location. Layton quoted us $119. We showed her the ad and she kept saying no texting someone else for answers also. The ad clearly stating that it is in store only. I would post pictures of the ad but this review site won't let me.we have troubles eveytime we go to these locations.

I have called this place multiple times and they never answer their phone. I have been with boost mobile for years and the service at this location is absolutely ridiculous. Usually, I will try to see the silver lining in places I do business with, however, this place needs to be investigated by boost itself or even BBB. I bought prepaid internet a while back and it has been a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone at this store. Try calling them and you won’t get anyone to answer. The lady that works there ONLY speaks Spanish. I’m lucky enough to be able to speak to her, but she didn’t know what she was doing and always refers back to her manager. Please get some retraining going or new staff. I am going to possibly start looking for a new carrier after being a faithful customer for almost 8 years.

We needed a boost carrier to unlock a phone that had our cricket chip in it. He had no clue what we were asking. He calls customer service using his own cell info. He didn't even know how to navigate the choices. Then he handed the phone to us and said, you try. We just walked out of the store. Wasted time!

I bought a new phone one week ago and it won't charge. Tried to return it and the lady spoke no english and had to call several people who also spoke no english. She showed me her phone to translate something that made no since. She told me to get a new phone through my insurance that I would have to pay 50 more dollars to replace the one I just purchased. Then she sent me to the Clearfield store and it was locked. So we came back and she freaked out and we called the police. They sold me a bad phone and won't replace it or let me return it.

I went in to store to look at phones. Had one in mind. I told them the online amount he said price is same, but in store the had an activation fee and sim card fee. So would be $538.00. He started to ring things up and activated new phone. Then said oh I was wrong it will be $50 more our price is more. I told him I would just by online. He said I couldnt do that cause since he activated phone and said I had to pay $50 to turn my old phone back on. Told him that was BS since the purchase was not final and he lied about price. Was in store for over an hour and customer service not anyone else would help so ended by phone at higher price. Never go to a booste store if your a customer. Buy online only.

First time iPhone user. I changed from an android to an iphone SE, what a challenge for me, but Nathaly the girl at the store made it so easy, she told me how to put everything to work and helped to get my app contacts. So far very happy with my phone and service.

Service was good and friendly. Price was also very reasonable. Process of setting up an account was quite slow, though. Ove=all I recommend boost mobile.
