The girls were beyond helpful!!!! Buckle always has great customer service!! Both girls were quick to grab a variety of different styles, etc. And were quick to grab any size I need. Will keep coming back!

Shannon was FANTASTIC with helping me.
However, I will never be ordering online from Buckle again. After getting my order wrong and going into the store, then reordering to be shipped to my house, I was told it would only take 5 days to get to my house. It has been 9 days and still no package.
With no texts or emails regarding updates on my package. So frustrating. After finally getting ahold of an employee (again thank you Shannon) I tried to cancel my order, but because my packing is supposedly “arriving tomorrow” I can no longer cancel and get a refund.
Very disappointing, I don’t normally shop at Buckle and now I remember why.
The worst part?
The item I ordered was on Amazon with 2 day free delivery and I am seriously regretting not ordering from there. Always check Amazon first, lesson learned.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Brittney!! Greeted kindly when we walked in. Talked to our 11 year old son to see what he wanted. It was very personal and we loved it.
Girl knows what she is doing and you can tell she loves her job.

I had the BEST experience when shopping for jeans at the Buckle in Layton. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Emilie who after asking a few questions found the size and types of jeans she thought I’d like best. I asked a question which she referred to Brittany who clearly had the experience and knowledge needed to know the answers. Together they made a great team in the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!! The quality of their clothing and the customer service made shopping there DELIGHTFUL!!! I’ll go back for sure!!

Everyone was super helpful and a shout out to Lilly who helped me find what I needed. Are they expensive? Yes. Sometimes you just need the quality. I've got a big butt and small waist. Pants fit perfectly without that weird gap that happens. Highly recommend.

I have to say my experience her is always AMAZING!!! Brittaney has made all my visits there has been walking out with a smile on my face and a purchase i am grateful for. They go above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of jeans . Bringing it to the fitting room as im trying things on and I have never had that quality of service. So huge shout out!! Excellent service with a smile!
