They did a good job on our roof! My only gripe is that they didn't keep me informed on when they would be showing up. I had to reach out to them on when they would be initially starting the job, and when they had to wait for more materials they said they would be there on a specific day to work on it, but didn't let me know when the delivery was delayed and they would have to come later.

Carepro put in a new shower for me in my basement and went out of their way to make me happy! They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after also. They did a lot of work and stayed till it was done within the same day. It looks great! I'm very happy with their work and quality and their professionalism.

We love our cabinets and are very happy with how they have turned out. The build quality is very nice and everyone there has worked with us every step of the way when we have questions and concerns about anything. I definitely recommend them and their product. We would go back to them for any cabinetry need.

Had an experience with one of the employees about a year ago where they hit my car with their van, didn’t say a word to me about the situation, and when I brought it up I got blown off like nothing happened, and told that I was lying. when at the time I had security footage. The cabinet work was shotty, and I wasn’t happy with the results which I didn’t have super high expectations of, and when this was expressed nothing happened. My wife and I are very displeased with this company and will never be returning to their service.

We had an insurance claim and were recommended here. I was ok as they had a good rating. At first I was pleased - then the 1st set of cupboards came in. I immediately told them they were not going to work - dark cabinets and a big white stain. I was told oh they will be great. In the end they reordered all drawer and cabinet doors and 1 unit. When the 2nd set arrived it was not what I ordered. As the color was right I agreed to accept them (each order took 3 months), but still had a few concerns. I was told they had done what they could and no more would be done. The insides are poorly constructed with rought edges and edges that don't meet up properly. The staining is inconsistent. The crown moulding edges do not meet. One set of crown moulding was not installed properly. The drawers are noisy. Some drawers were not installed properly. Some cabinet doors were not installed properly. One of the owners came out to fix armed with only a wood stain pen and was surly/rude. She stopped returning calls to the contractor. The contractor ended up doing what they could. I am left with cupboards that are not as nice as what mine were before they were damaged. I would not recommend or use this company again. What I have does not match at all what they have in their showroom.

I have never been treated with such respect! Kyle listened to everything we needed. Leon’s crew worked so hard to make sure everything was just right. Our house was damage in a huge flood. Their goal was to give us our “Home” back and that is exactly what they did. I wish all the contractors we worked with were as professional and friendly as this team. They feel like family to us!!! Thank you CarePro!!!

It's a small locally owned shop, Janet is really knowledgeable with and Kyle was great to work with as well. They were able to meet my budget limitations without making the cabinets look cheap and by not making too many changes.
