Awful company!! Hardest company to get a hold of. Plan on calling for 30 min to figure out the game of how to speak to someone. Once you do get someone, they won't just answer your question, they skirt around the answer. I 'upgraded' to faster Internet, it is exactly the same as before. If my apartment allowed me to use a different Internet company, I would cancel in a heartbeat!

Worst company ever!! An hour on the phone and it took me everywhere but where I needed to go. I finally got ahold of someone and she either didn't understand English or was AI that couldn't understand.
I could go on and on about the flaws. It's clear there isn't resources put into the costumers experience.
I moved to connect and it's been simple and easy. It feels like they want my business instead of just my $$$ and it's half the price.

I would give 0 stars. These hang up on you change the billing block you from getting into their website. They don't recognize you . They up the price with our telling you. I am not able to pay them because I can't submit payment when I call. This company is the worse. I just want to deal with a real person. My next step is to contact BBB and anyone one else who will listen. CenturyLink you suck. I can't get into my account. So you get a -000 stars.

If there were a way to give negative stars, I would do it. Worst customer service ever! Wasted my whole day waiting for an installation technician who never showed up, and didn't make a courtesy call, and after over an hour on the phone (twice) they offered me a new appointment time 2 months later. How this company stays in business, I will never know. Big shout out to the extremely unhelpful supervisor, John C., who "can't do anything for you."

No way to contact this location so when your internet goes out and the technician can't make any of the 5 different appointments with zero explanation you'll have no idea why. A frustrating endless cycle. You'll be without internet for weeks in the meantime. Go with literally any other internet provider. Even if it's triple the price, it's worth it. Switching providers next week, cannot wait!

0 STARS! They recently came out to run fiber lines through my property. I have 4 big boxes in my yard when all my neighbors have 1 or share 1. I was told it's city easement and to pretty much just deal with it. The contractors they had running the fiber left a mess and have still yet to clean it up...its been almost 3 weeks. They blocked one of my sprinklers completely...one of the contractors said "wow...problem"...but didn't do anything to fix it. Good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone...I talked with 4 different people and they just kept passing me to someone else. The project manager, Juan Gomez from GG Underground, doesn't answer or return my calls. These people are horrible!

Internet has been down for over a week. I had the $40 for life plan now they are adding $17.00 a month to come inside my home to troubleshoot. They wouldnโt let me say no. Iโm done.
