I’m incredibly surprised to read all the negative reviews, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been several times and everyone has been incredibly kind and I haven’t had to wait long.

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 start I would give 0 star. I never heard to cash a check to bring 2 id. That’s why I see you guys review too bad. Come on guys grow up.

I closed my bank account with this specific location. Their drive-tru is hardly open, and when it is, there's only one lane open, and the teller is running all the time because she is usually helping costumers inside the branch and at the drive-tru window. So, every time I go there to withdraw a specific amount with specific bills, I end up spending about 20 to 30 minutes in line waiting for just one teller to go thru like 6 or 7 people in line infront of me to be helped. Now, that's if I'm lucky and I get the regular bank teller to help me out, cause if I get the lady that's bouncing from drive-tru to window than my waiting time inmitialetly becomes longer.
Cause when that poor lady gets to help me, she has to STOP helping people inside the branch cause she has to run up to help customers who have pulled into the drive-tru.
I DON'T understand why it is so hard to hire 2 more guys to work there so that the lines inside and outside move faster and more people get helped faster, thus having happy costumers that will most definitely will do repeat business.

Chase Bank overall is a terrible bank to work with.
I have clothes all my accounts because of this. THIS BRANCH MIGHT BE THE WORST. SO CALL BRANCH MANAGER JOHNNY JUST MADE EXCUSES FOR HIS WORKERS AND WANTED TO BE ARGUMENTATIVE.
THEY SAID I WAS BEING RUDE, YELLING, WHICH WAS VERY UNTRUE I SIMPLY EXPRESSED MY CONCERN FOR THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
Two tellers open, I waited in line for 25 minutes. I had two simple deposits. Overall I was there for 50 minutes insane.
Worker Sam at the window came in there wasn't even involved going back and forth scolding me like a child very unprofessional.

Chase must provide education for employees to learn how to officially handle customers and open teller lines if someone needs to be at the window for more than 5 minutes.
Customers should sit with a banker if there's problems not do it at the teller.
This is a voice text I'm not going back in proofreading it I'm just literally I called at the customer service and I honestly think it kind of strong people in Utah with the mentality that they can treat customers as such. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS IN THE 2!!

Every time I come here I am always greeted the second I walk through the door which is great because I know I'm being noticed. They are always very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with any issues i have.

I’ve banked with Chase for over 15 years. Every time I come to this branch, I have a great experience and everyone is so friendly and efficient. The branch is clean and welcoming. Their customer service has always been great and they’ve always helped with whatever I’ve needed. I’d rather drive to this branch than use another, even though there’s one closer to my work. They are just amazing. Can’t imagine banking anywhere else.

Bank teller Liz did a deposit for me and sent it to a completely different account due to not even letting me give her a account number stated it was wrong and kept brushing me off to not helping me get it back, Supervisor can’t remember her name I asked for her to help me and she began yelling after I explained what the issue was with a full lobby tell me to leave and not helping me find a solution to the problem and said nothing can be done. Been a customer for many years. This year I've had 3 fraudulent charges from the same business. The first two charges were small and they reversed them. The third fraudulent charge was $230. They gave a temporary credit, and then reversed the credit, stating it's invalid. They cannot tell me anything about the business which took my money, and they will not give me any other options to get my $230 back. As lovely as the in bank associates are their hands are seemingly tied when it comes to fraudulent charges. What is the point of paying $12 a month for an insecure checking account?
Do not bank with Chase. They will let people steal your money.

Usually staff is very nice and friendly to me, but today the trainee Steph chose a less than friendly demeanor in asking for my ID. I know as well as the next person about rules and regulations, but there is definitely a better way to go about asking for it.
