If I could give zero stars I would have. I came into this establishment to deposit a large amount of cash. I needed to use the restroom, while looking for it, I was rudely greeted by a woman with a snobby attitude, asking me what I wanted. I asked for the restroom and she said we don’t have a Public one….. I’m a palled that a renowned bank wouldn’t have a place for their customers to use the restroom. I certainly won’t be banking here at this Location. Get a bathroom for your customers we spend enough money with your Fees and such you should have a place for us to use a toilet.

Their drive thru is always closed for no reason(I call branch, no one answers, corporate doesn't know why their direct is closed). And when they are open I have to wait 15+ minutes for someone to notice me waiting in the drive.Corporate doesn't care about the issue. Employees do not care about the issue either.

The tellers are always really nice and seem to do a great job. I really appreciate how personable they are. It can get fairly busy, but I think that's more of Chase Bank needing more locations around. It's not on the employees; they do a great job even when it's busy.

Just tried to sign up for the Chase Sapphire Preferred card and they said they don’t have time for that. Customer service is very poor. Kyile was who I worked with and she was very unprofessional.

The teller in the front was nice. Im just giving one star because it costs $10 to cash a check there even if its written from a customer through their bank

This branch is horrible. A few years back, they closed our branch. I now need to go here or to one in Ogden. Occasionally I make the mistake of coming here. Today was one of those days…. I had cash that I needed to deposit and decided to run here. I pulled in and there were 2 cars in line at the window. It felt like it was taking forever and when it was finally my turn, I decided to look (my hubby called a couple minutes after I pulled in). 20 minutes it took me to deposit money today. There’s a huge problem if it’s taking them more than 20 min (no clue how long the other 2 were there before me) to process 3 people. May be time to stop business with them all together….

Had an appointment scheduled this morning. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes and then went back to the desk to see what was taking so long. The branch manager said she was helping someone and that she’d be with me shortly. 5 minutes later, another employee came out to tell me that the branch manager had me scheduled for 30 minutes earlier. On my calendar it showed that the slot was organized by the branch manager for the time I arrived. Ultimately the branch manager wouldn’t see me, didn’t apologize or communicate that she double booked but instead had someone come out and say the meeting that was scheduled online and organized by her on my calendar was incorrect. I wasted 30 minutes and didn’t get a meeting. Not coming back here.

How long can you go with non-functioning ATM machines?? Sometimes one will work (if it doesn’t steal your money/don’t ever put in more than $200 at a time). Tonight neither worked and I had to drive to Farmington… where btw their machine sucked too but eventually took (some) of my bills. You can’t be a financial institution with ATM machines that don’t work. Come on!

How is it that all of the branches are “currently assisting other customers” when I call. I need a simple question answered so I have called 3 different locations for the last 20 minutes and I can’t get anyone to even pick up the phone.

I have been with Chase Bank for many years since they took over Wash. Mutual. Today I went in to cash a check and it was the worst banking I have experienced since I was 20 years old and I am soon to be 86. I stood in line for over 20 minutes with my 64 year old son. The cashier went in the back with my check and ID for 20 more minutes came out several times with my cash, went back in, in and out. Finally came back out and asked me "What are you going to do with this money as it is a large amt"? I withdraw a similar amt. on each pay day. That put both of us over the edge, I am turning this branch in the the main one. The manager would not even see me as she said she had an important call. This branch has a lot to learn from the Taylorsville Branch, manager Asalia Jarvis who is an excellent manager. I will not be going back to the Layton, Utah poorly run branch and may withdraw my money from CHASE!

I came in on 6/22 and asked if there was a notary in the office, the teller awkwardly responded “no”. I noticed that he kept looking behind me at one of the bankers in one of the offices, who was chatting with another bank employee. Though suspicious, I didn’t question him further and instead asked if there was going to be a notary on 6/23. He looked at a piece of paper and said “yes”. I thanked him and told him I was going to be back.I came back on 6/23, waited in line for a solid 10 minutes, I recognized the face of the banker who on my previous visit was in the office, but now she’s helping the same teller I had just spoken with the day before. My turn was up and I get the same teller and I request for a notary. He then, confirms that the banker who was just helping him was in fact a notary, the teller goes in a back room for minute and comes back to tell me that the banker is too busy to help. The teller straight up lied to me. The banker refused to provide a service they offer.Chase bank clearly doesn’t care to lose a 15-year client, but I hope that enough of these bed interactions occur where people quit banking with Chase to make them hurt.
