Went in for a DOT Medical Exam and they tried to force me to do a drug screen saying that it was a part of the exam. You can take my urine, but not for a drug screen. God is not the author of confusion so i just walked out bc i can't afford no mistakes on something this critical. The devil is busy against God chosen

Service was quick and easy. The nurse was super nice.The only thing is, they need a friendlier front desk person. The girl at the front wasn’t very nice when checking in.

Seemed pretty simple if you don't mind sitting in a room for a hour waiting,staring, at one another to take a tinkle. 5 stars for Bravery to the people that collect such bodily functions. Over all easy to find and the people that work there are very clear on to what your visit with there company implys. ?

Brought my wife here to treat a finger laceration. They were not very helpful at the front desk. We Provided insurance info but My wife forgot a photo ID so they refused to treat her. After I drove home to get her id and came back they said we had to pay several hundred dollars before we can even start waiting in line. When I asked if they can include that in what is billed to the insurance they said no, it is just a fee we have to pay out of pocket which I am fairly certain is not a real thing with my insurance. Not impressed with this location. If you have actual urgent care needs go somewhere else like to the ER across the parking lot.

Paid $136 for my DOT and spent an hour there, only to be told that the medicine I filled out I took in the first five minutes I was there disqualified me for the DOT (which is wrong I looked up the Utah law) the doctor spent all of 30 seconds in the room and was rude as hell even if I got my DOT that day I still would’ve complained but the medical assistant was very nice and professional she deserves a 10/10

The staff helped me navigate my employer paperwork so I would only fill out the application pages that were required and nothing more. Short wait time. Every question I had was answered respectfully. Great atmosphere to get drug tested in!!
