i had the best experience here yesterday! the friendly employee, Oscar was so kind and willing to help me any way he could! I had to go back 3 times and each time i was there he was more than willing to help and was so kind the whole time! and he’s a pro bc my phone is fixed and he knew exactly what to do! thanks Oscar!

Revan is a coplete cocky jerk who should be FIRED. She did everything to obstruct our problem and asked for confidential passwords, which have been an issue with this store before taking my account and making unauthorized charges on my credit card.

I have never been more satisfied with my service from cricket until I went to this store by WinCo in Layton. The store manager Patrick was super helpful and answered all my questions he didn't try selling me on anything that I didn't want to buy. I was there for three new upgrades and we got it all done and he even helped me with saving on my monthly bill every month. Thank you Patrick I will be definitely coming back to your store in the near future!
