Chad was amazing, man. He really went out of his way multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. Service was super quick, he was very knowledgeable, and very friendly and attentive to our needs. Even helped me with something personally that was definitely not in his job description. Chad is amazing, only going here from now on!

This is the second time that I've stored with Pro Storage in Layton.Before storing here, past experience made the idea of trying to store anything, even for a short amount of time, expensive, difficult, hidden fees were guaranteed and just generally feeling like a hassle.I've not experienced any of that here! The staff here are friendly, patient, give accurate information and are so easy to speak with. The facility is clean, maintained. And there's no complicated move-in / move-out procedures.At one point I went looking for an on-site garbage can and I don't believe there's one at this location, but I've not found it to be an inconvenience.I will definitely continue to store at this specific location for as long as I can.

Chad at Pro Storage provides the gold standard of customer service from the time you walk in the door until your return. He is cheerful and patient and provides everything you need for a smooth transaction. He went above and beyond for me with a recent rental to make up for a bad experience with someone else. He puts people first and made my day! I definitely recommend Pro Storage for your storage or Uhaul needs!

We rented a unit here for a few months while waiting to relocate for work. Jenn was amazing and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We even had to get a shipping container dropped off for a couple days and Jenn went out of her way to make sure there was enough space for us to get everything loaded. I highly recommended this place to anyone looking for short or long term storage.

The owner is so nice. His prices are way better than other storage places. He moved his trailer that was in the way of my aunts wheelchair. He opened the door for us. He was patient and answered all of my Uncle's questions and made sure we understood necessary information for the storage.

This has been my first time using Pro storage. We went in just trying to rent a U-haul for an unexpected move, left with a U-haul and a storage unit for a small cost. Chad really listened to our needs and was able to help us save money. I will be using pro storage from now on. Plus the storage facility it clean, secure, and in a very convenient location in Layton.

I normally don’t get good customer service. But I really appreciated how Chad helped me with my tuck rental process. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes 10/10 would recommend ??
