Drive thru pick up of prescriptions are convenient and reasonably fast. Even if there are a few cars ahead of you, they normally take care of each customer in good time.

Never again!! Yesterday I witnessed a tech named Melissa belittle a customer for no reason. Itās not the first time Iāve seen this behavior at this pharmacy. Transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens.

If I could give zero stars, I would. As a General Manager of a nearby store, I visited to pick up a prescription and was met with incredibly unprofessional behavior from Melissa. She was rude, condescending, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. Despite my efforts to remain polite throughout our interaction, her demeanor was uncalled for and made the experience needlessly unpleasant. I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer service at this location. I will not be back and will never refer anybody to this location.

Heard pharmacy making fun of clients behind their backā¦they donāt have disposable maskā¦.cashier was rude towards another separate customer. All things I saw in 10 minutes of being in this store.

Total witch at the pharmacy window.No respect for the customer...slammed window in my face without even allowing me to ask a question. I wasn't even being rude or anything.Never coming here again. Immediately transferring all my prescriptions to a pharmacy further away so I can at least be treated like a human.

It takes forever to have a prescription filled. The staff is also very unprofessional. When I was waiting in line to pick up a prescription, the two young techs were talking about their āfake niceā attitudes and congratulating each other. It was an awkward conversation to have in front of customers. They also often donāt know what theyāre doing and yell to each other loudly. Itās just unprofessional. (I get that training new staff takes time but this was ongoing for months)

Spoke to the pharmacist on the phone. The most condescending conversation I have had in a while. I will no longer be using this pharmacy any longer. I have never been treated so rudely.

I unfortunately needed to use the CVS pharmacy, store #10662, Fort Lane, Layton UT. I had a very unpleasant interaction with the on duty pharmacist, Ashley Sutton, RPH. I explained to her that I called ahead at 11 am and again at 3:30 pm. to inquire as to the availability of my prescription. I was told that it would be ready for pickup at 4:30 pm. I arrived at 6 pm and was told that it was not ready and that I would need to wait. She informed me that they were busy and that I would have to wait. Although, when I initially walked up to the counter, she and two other employees stood at a back counter talking. Not one of these employees asked me if I needed help. Eventually, a different employee, Luke, came to the counter and helped me. I asked to speak to the pharmacist for an explanation as to the unavailability of my prescription.Ms. Sutton was indifferent, apathetic, and rude. She was annoyed that I asked for an explanation. I hope that the CVS corporate office uses this review as an opportunity for coaching and development of their customer service standards that are expected in order to maintain civility, courtesy, and respect.
