Apparently I should have known that big pharma is making me move my prescriptions before I signed up for insurance. Whomever I spoke with on the phone had no CS skills and doesn’t have to since they are taking away business from really good pharmacies. I will definitely make sure whatever insurance I sign up for next year doesn’t force me to go to CVS

extremely rude. We came today to get a medicine and was treated poorly by both pharmacists and they gave us attitude because they were on lunch break as they told me. I don't recommend them.

Although any busy pharmacy experiences fluctuations in demand, the staff here consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to service. The team works diligently, a standard clearly set by the pharmacy manager, Brian. His professionalism is impressive; he is not only extremely knowledgeable but also takes the time to offer clear and helpful advice. His ability to efficiently resolve complex issues makes him an invaluable asset and an outstanding pharmacist.

I was told that the manager put this in its place so I'm thinking that the manager doesn't know how to read and shouldn't be there. I went to go and pick up some water that was supposed to be on sale and the arrowhead there's three cases of it just sitting there by sales ad that says two for $7. If I would have picked that up and take it to the register I would have ended up paying full price for that instead of paying the two for $7 because somebody doesn't know how to read. I'm hoping that it's not a way to trick us into buying something that we wouldn't buy for that price. Luckily I was smart enough to look at the ad and see that it was another brand but why would you put that right there and it's even got another one stacked on top of it that's the brand on sale why would you do that. Just doesn't make any sense except that you might be trying to rip off the public.

Waited 25 mins for an inhaler even when I showed them the text that it was ready. They just sat back there laughing and talking about funny patient stories. Very unprofessional

Waited outside in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes. I was the only car in line .Nobody would acknowledge me to get a prescription picked up. I pushed the call button three times then drove around to the front to come inside. I've been waiting out here in the Drive-Thru line. There were four people working inside with no customers waiting inside or outside. The manager's response to me was rude and short he said, sometimes you just have to wait. I was the only person in the drive-thru line as well as the only person at the counter extremely rude. All they would have needed to do is just open the drive-thru window and said it will be right with you and they didn't. So I'm standing in the CVS writing my review and then he starts arguing with me about it again. Saying, sometimes you just have to wait. It's just not very good customer service and I can see why they have such poor ratings already on Google. CVS pharmacy staff try to do better!

I spend a lot of time and money to get medical help from my doctor. Unfortunately, none of that matters at this pharmacy. They have a pharmacy manager who seems to think he knows more than my doctor.
I would highly recommend staying away from this pharmacy.

Trust the reviews. Go elsewhere. Filled a prescription after about 10 prompts over the phone. Went to pick up and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. When I explained I had called previously so it would be ready, and asked how I would know when it was ready I was told she didn’t know. You can come back tomorrow she said. Thanks for nothing. No customer service.

There is always such along wait and not necessarily long lines! Everyone looks busy but it doesn’t seem like anything is getting done. Workers seem to always be mad.

I only had $45 on my HSA card & my Px was more than that. They worked their magic with a coupon & my insurance & got my Px to a total of $30. They are fantastic!

the pharmicist invades you with your personal information and the lines are ridiculously long. If you wait in line for an hour and suddenly it becomes lunch the pharmacy will just close in front of your face and if you ask the employees to just give you your prescription they will act like your asking them to give you 20 bucks and buy you lunch. this place sucks.
