Horrible pharmacy. Has no communication skills. It’s been two weeks since my inhaler was sent to be filled from my doctors office. I have a lung infection, and desperately need this prescription. No one will call me back to let me know what the heck is going on. CVS has become the worst pharmacy to deal with.

This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Try a locally run pharmacy, or order your meds online. Been trying to get my meds for 2 days, and there isn’t a person to talk to on the phone, and they don’t call you back. The only way to make sure the prescription is sent is to verify through your doctors office, and then the CVS employees don’t even fill it until you go in and wait in a long line, because remember you can’t talk to anyone on the phone! Asked for help to transfer my prescription to a different CVS and was told that I should just call them. There is a pharmacy on 3000 w 300 n in West Point that I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. I experienced in the last week a pharmacist to be very rude to me. She is helping out while the regular pharmacist is on vacation. I am going to pull all my prescriptions from this pharmacy. I do not need to be treated like I'm a stupid person. There is no reason for a pharmacist to treat people with disrespect. She should not be in a job that is to help people.

I have had to go to this location 5 or 6 times in the last couple of months for my kids and I as we've all been sick off and on. I cannot speak highly enough of the employees that work here! There is a woman who fills prescriptions with long dark hair who is SO kind and on top of it. She helped my child to feel more comfortable with her new medicine and remembers our name if we have to wait a little for our prescription to finish being filled. I have had many poor pharmacy experiences in my life, more often than not, so I just had to give a review of how wonderful the staff here has been! I don't want to go to any other pharmacy again.
