Visited your Layton, UT store to look at shoes and Sophie is amazing. I was about to buy a pair of shoes, but found out i would not be able to return them if after a few days i didn't like the shoes. I really feel that if I'm spending $150+ for a pair of shoes i would be able to return them if i ended up not liking them. If it wasn't for that i would've bought some shoes. Sophie was great in explaining the different types of shoes and making recommendations based on what activities i would be doing.

I am pissed. The lady there was very rude with the short hair and glasses. They told me a price for my putter so I drove 30 minutes out of my way, when I got to the store the lady told me that they wouldn’t give me that price for the putter. I was gonna drop 500$ and the week before I spent 2300$ at that store and now they will never get a dime from me. Horrible practice and horrible customer service.

Tried to make a purchase tonight. The inventory said the store had 4 in stock but when I was in the store the employees told me they couldn't help me today because the item was in off-site storage and they didn't want to send someone to get it. No hustle, no desire to help the customer. They just wanted it to be someone else's problem on the next shift.

Need to train associates better. We purchased two items for our daughter to play baseball with. At the time of purchase the associate told us about the NOSWEATPROTECTIONPLAN and advised us that we could return the item to the store within the time frame and we could get a replacement item. First this is not true. You have to file a claim with Asurion and maybe they will replace the item or refund it in the form of a gift card. Also, we were told that it didn’t matter the reason, i even asked the associate, “does it cover if she out grows the item?” I was told by the associate that yes even if she outgrows it. This too is false. I am very disappointed with the misleading information that was provided to us by the associate. I will be very cautious when purchasing any protection plan through this store agian.

Buying cleats here is a NIGHTMARE. Would've gone elsewhere if we could've. Lots of employees will greet you but you have to know exactly what shoe and what size to input on their kiosk to be able to get help or try on a shoe and you can inly have one shoe at a time so you cannot "compare" shoes.
