I came in today to have a nail pulled and plugged from my tire, but was told it was “unrepairable” and that I needed a new one. Since I have a warranty through another company, I left to head to the dealership — but on the way, I stopped at Jed’s Tire Pros just to see. They had it fully repaired and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes with excellent customer service. No pressure, no upsell — just honest work. Clearly, the tire was repairable after all. Disappointed in the experience here.

This place is awsome! As soon as my tires got here they got right on it and did an amazing job getting it done. Dylan was awsome and all the crew who worked on my truck. I recommend this location to everyone.

They did my alignment and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Zach also showed me my sway bar was broken and after 4 mechanics he found the rattling noise I paid others to fix. Definitely going back here again!

Came in on a Friday around noon! Only took them about an hour and a half to get all four tires replaced on my vehicle. They were super quick and super friendly! Best prices around! Daniel was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend this tire shop!

Called before hand to make sure they weren’t busy because u was limited on time. He told me there was no wait and that they could get me in and out I am hour. Well I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over an hour since they took my keys and the car is just barely in the garage, looks like I’m probably going to be here for another hour. (Edit, it’s been 2 hours, still waiting…) they sent me a text that the car was ready to pick up, it’s still in the garage, missing tires lol.
Don’t lie about your wait times. Takes 0 extra time to be honest.

Called to make an appointment for my lunch break because I had a screw in my tire. They told me that they weren’t busy and I didn’t need to make an appointment. I explained that I was trying to get it done on my break, and thought it would be wise to schedule it. They told me just to come in. When I got there they wanted to wait for over an hour before they could get it in. Very poor communication! I went around the corner to Big-O who got me tight in.

Dylan and the whole team here at this discount tire location does a phenomenal job of making sure that my tires were taken care of and when problems have arrived they went above and beyond to take care of them great company and great location!

I was getting my tires rotated. They came back to me and said they broke a lug nut and when they sent me to my car after finishing. I saw a different tires lug nut wasn't even tightened down. On top of it all just looks like they blatantly unscrewed a siding screw and left the panel loose just to screw with me. Cross your finger and hope you aren't the butt of a nasty joke is all you can hope out of this discount tires.

I had to run in on a Saturday morning after finding a screw in my tire. (My first out of half a dozen punctures that was actually repairable.) I was helped by Madison, super helpful and lovely to work with. I'll be back when I need new tires for sure.

I actually loved this location considering my experience at other Discount Tire locations. However, recently I went in for a rotation and the new manager (assuming he’s the manager since he wears a vest and collared shirt) is very pushy. I understand I am in need of new tires, but they can service the tires as long as they are not in the red zone. That’s the risk I take and have never had a problem. He kept pushing me to buy new ones, showing me how better Michelin’s were compared to my Continentals not even knowing I have winter tires that I swap out. I honestly don’t like Michelin’s but you can tell his sales tactics are subpar considering he makes assumptions rather than asking discovery questions. I kept saying I will discuss with my boyfriend and will come back soon to get new tires. He decided to continue and then assumes I need the credit card as if financially I can’t afford it. He did this with another customer while I was waiting and the same customer told him, “Oh we can afford it. It’s just figuring out if we want to purchase here or not.” I’ve never been so haggled at any location like this before. I’ll buy my tires elsewhere.
