“I've been coming to this location for over a decade and I've always had positive experiences. This week I found out from social media that dollar tree had NFB (national foundation for the blind) brailled hot wheels. I was so excited! My son is blind and we have several friends in the blind community. When I found out I called the syracuse store and asked if they had any. The employee, Susie said that someone had just purchased a few. She went back and looked through all the hot wheels on the pegs and found one and saved it for me. Tonight I went back to look for more to give to friends and family. I found one hanging up. I went to find an employee to see if there were more hot wheels I could look through somewhere in the store or if there were boxes in the back. To my surprise it was the same employee, Susie who had helped me a few days ago. She said there wasn't any other place on the floor but she would look in the back. She went in the back and looked through the boxes back there and found me 4 more! I was so excited! She went above and beyond for us!”

“I know Dollar Tree is a place to get some things a household needs for very cheap. I don't understand why they bumped the price up just to put even more fragile and short used household needs on their floor. Everything that was glass that I picked up was chipped or was so thin that I didn't trust bringing it home.”

“The location of a Dollar Tree makes a difference in the amount and types of items that particular store has in stock. This one is a larger one with more inventory than the one closer to me. Quite a few customers midday on a Friday have found this a good shopping place. Lots of seasonal items for Valentine's Day and St Patrick's Day at a good price along with the usual value-priced paper goods and home necessities.”

“Not being one who enjoys spending copious amounts of money on every day things, I love this Dollar Tree. It is simply the best one I have found. I live closer to a different location but I go a bit further for this one. Yes, the lines can get long and the cashiers can sometimes be slow, but for the deal of getting things for a buck? Worth it. The store really has the best variety that you cannot find at other locations and for the most part it is the cleanest location I have been inside as well. I come here for most of my household products and quite a few of my bathroom essentials. And they do have the best "snack zone".”

“Had a good experience here. The store was kept clean and pretty much everything was in the section that it intended to be in. But what really made my trip here great was the cashier by the name of Sean. He was very personable and genuine and I really enjoyed talking to him as he was scanning my items.”
