Quality and customer service were excellent. We had them design a sprinkler system, and they were helpful and kind about questions. When we went in to pick up the system, they spent 20 minutes walking us through install and encouraged us to come back as we did the work with questions. If you are a homeowner, I highly recommend these guys. All the best things about a local business.

As a professional plumber, this is where I recommend any of my customers go to for any Plumbing or sprinkler needs. They have better quality parts and information then big box stores. The staff is knowledgeable and makes good recommendations and best of all if they don’t know the answer they will go get someone who does instead of giving you the wrong information unlike some other Supply houses. If I have a hard to find Plumbing part I will come here first.

I am blown away by how great Durk’s was. They were able to design a sprinkler set up for our house and get us all the parts. On top of that they even gave us delivery when the truck wasn’t big enough to hold all the PVC pipe. Highly recommend anyone needing any supplies from Durk.

Employees there are always so good to help. I had a problem with a faucet handle. They fixed it, no charge. They've been a staple in the community for a very long time and deserve every bit of a five star review.

If it's sprinkler or plumbing related, they probably have it. If you don't know exactly what you need, someone at the counter will help you find it. If you don't know exactly how to do it, they'll help. While this is obviously a shop for contractors, the majority of the customers are not experts, and they will happily help. But you do need to ask; the employees are all at the sales counter and assume that if you are prowling around in the stock you already know what your looking for.
