YIKES. Y’all need to list the caffeine content in your cold brew. For anyone curious, go ahead and Google it. Three times the amount of caffeine as a RedBull. Twice the amount of a Starbucks coffee. I have not been able to stop shaking all day, I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from spending money on getting sick. I have a very high caffeine tolerance and even I’m sick off of the amount.Ridiculous. Such a simple thing to add to your menu listing. Jesus Christ.Edit: this has MORE caffeine than the Panera lemonade that killed someone and is in the center of a lawsuit. Just in case anyone cares

Went there to get some breakfast and we didn’t receive certain items of what we ordered and we asked them to get us that, still didn’t give everything ordered.

Went in one afternoon to get an apple cinnamon bagel (which are awesome) and felt totally ignored by the staff. They were only two other cars in the parking lot and inside it wasn't busy. Stood there for (no exaggeration) 5 to 6 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Then was given no direction after placing my order. Go for the apple cinnamon bagels and not the service

This facility is set-up nicely. They no longer offer various HOT coffee options (mocha, vanilla, etc), or sodas. They do have brewed coffee (not very good) with creme and sugar. The operating hours are 6am-2pm, lots of parking and not to hard to find/get to.

It look half an hour to get 2 bagels. The place was very dirty, especially the bathroom.

All the tables in the lobby were filthy and the bathroom was horrendous. I took a video that I will send to corporate. It seriously looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Food is good. That day, service and the girl who was at the cash register was rude and not very friendly at all. I think she hates her job. Not a smile from any employee that saw working. Dreadful working atmosphere. Glad I don't work there. I doubt I will be back.

I’ve ordered her multiple times and the food is never ready in the time window given. This last order I decided to try the curbside pickup option, never again. They don’t bring your food out to you. Called the store phone number a couple of times while I waited to try to get a status as the app gives no updates. Eventually had to walk in just to find my food waiting on a shelf with all of the walk in pick up orders. Receipt says curbside with car information, but they just handle them as a walk in order. Very disappointing and frustrating to wait for nothing.

Can't order online during store hours. Defeats the purpose of having the option since people are usually in a hurry in the morning.

I placed an online order for an early morning meeting. The Layton store not only had it ready 15 mins early, but the staff kindly directed me to the order so I could pick it up myself and leave quickly. I was at work in plenty of time to set up for the meeting. GREAT job Layton Einsteins!!
