These guys sucked. Put me as a secondary on the account, so I didn't have access, even though the billing information was all under my name. They wouldn't let me change a thing, access, or modify my account without going in with the family member they "setup" as primary and filling out paperwork which they never completed on their end. (Except for when I went to cancel they somehow told me I wasn't authorized to speak with them, but decided to go through with it regardless when I said I was done with them)
They also jacked up my billing 3x somewhere after 60 days with their service, which they didn't say anywhere their price was "intro". Realize that storage typically raises prices year over year, but sheesh, this was jarring. I have no idea how they have such high reviews. This place is awful.

Horrible place. Debbie the manager assured me there weren’t issues with rodents when I rented the unit in Feb 2024. I stopped by my unit in July after I flew in for a weekend. As soon as I popped the door I saw (2) mice on the mouse traps I placed next to the entry of the door on the inside. I had someone go to my unit to clear it out last month (October 2024) and he found additional (5) mice on the traps he placed in my unit in July after I left. I spoke with Debbie regarding my concerns that the items left which included a black sofa, a couple mattresses, etc would be thrown out because there could be mice urine and/or feces on them and I wouldn’t know and wasn’t going to take that chance considering (7) mice were caught on mice traps in the unit that she said didn’t have any rodent issues. She said she understood and would take pictures of the items left in the storage. I found out today that she didn’t take pictures of the furniture that was in the unit because she couldn’t see damage. Again, I explained that first the couch is black so I’m not sure how she would see mice urine. I know I wouldn’t be able to see it and additionally without examining the furniture there no way she would see mouse poop either. She filed an insurance claim with a picture of (2) mice and no photos of the furniture that was in the unit and didn’t contact prior to submitting anything. Also, she didn’t follow the protocol she explained when I first spoke to her. Now she is saying something completely different. I would not rent a unit here. There are cheaper facilities with the same type of security features. I would make sure to document any communication and PUT MOUSE traps in your units!!! All I had in my unit was furniture and boxes that contained clothing and books.

Rates seemed to be alot higher than most , had a huge issue with mice in the units.

Debbie was very kind and knowledgeable explaining all the ins and outs of the units and helped alleviate any concerns we had about our stuff being protected. Here there is a friendly office staff, cameras watching your stuff, a large access window, and piece of mind for your stuff!
