I had a great experience with Fat Bob’s in Layton. The customer service was excellent, and they made sure my concerns were heard and taken care of. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful they were. Would definitely recommend.

Do not go here unless you have a really good lawyer. I spent a LOT of money to get the front end of my diesel redone. The steering gear box blew out two times. Leaving me stranded with my kids all the times. They tried telling me it was my steering pump and tried to charge me $1000 to fix it. My husband called and was asking if they tested the pump, and they said yes and my husband asked the pressure and paperwork showing it was tested they tried saying their gauge wasn’t working all of a sudden. I had no problems with my steering pump prior to them doing work on it. So they tried lying to charge me more, and do more work that wouldn’t have needed to be done. I brought it back to get the blown steering box fixed, again for the final time, and they didn’t put the pin in on the tie rod to the steering box properly, causing my vehicle to crash and total. I lost complete control of the steering. I even called them multiple times to get things fixed, and they acted put out and they acted like it was my fault. I even brought it to another shop, and they looked at it saying whoever worked on it last didn’t properly install the pin. Luckily, I lost control of steering in a neighborhood only causing me to crash through a farm. If I would have been on the freeway, my family and I would have not been here to write this review. I work with a lot of people in Weber/davis county, and I will definitely warn all about this place.

Fat bobs did an amazing job on my rig and stood behind their work & warranty when a part failed due to manufacturing error. I’m super happy with this business, their techs and my sales guy Jadon. I’m definitely a customer for life.

New in the area and just got a set of tires done here, awesome customer service, comfortable waiting room(wasnt waiting long despite how busy it was and I didn't have an appointment), excellent staff that make sure any and all questions you could have are answered. Also a bonus it's extremely clean in the whole building. Definitely a top notch shop and plan on having any and all future truck work done there. Thanks guys!

John took good care of me. Was worried that they weren’t going to be able to get it done in one day and they came through. I have brought several vehicles to these guys over the years and they’re my “go to” for lifts, wheels & tires, and accessories for my vehicles.

Still not sure where this “fat bob” is. I’ve been looking for years. Even went in rooms I have no business going in. I’m gonna find him. In the meantime Jon wade is the go to guy. I guess that means I go here a lot. I’ll continue to enjoy this shops fast, friendly service and awesome products!

I went to fat bobs to get a new suspension kit on my truck and the experience was outstanding. Mark was able to get my kit in within 3 days and got it put on 2 days after. I love the feel and look of it and I would recommend mark and the garages services to anyone looking for the best quality service.

I cannot say how happy I am with the service from Marc and the team at FBG. I've been going to them for any of my needs since moving here to Utah and not once have I had a reason to not come back. They've diagnosed multiple issues with my truck and helped me decide on a route that has now completely transformed it for the better. From alignments to full installs on anything, I wouldnt pick anyone else other than Fat Bob's.

I love Fat Bob’s!
I’ve worked with Marc for years and appreciate seeing him at that front consult station and hearing his greeting every time I come in. He’s passionate for his business and it shows; it’s a reflection of the positivism and attitude of the entire team in Layton. I consider Marc a friend and a fantastic consultant. He always loves to see the results as the truck has rolled out of the install bay as much as I have! He’s helped me set up both my Ram 2500 and Ram 1500 for everything from headlamps to 5th wheel bed hitches, power outlets, rims, tires, color-match bumper painting, tonneaus covers, etc; for years now.
FB’s is very fair and competitive in parts acquisition and pricing. Always had great turnaround and follow-up with this team!
I’ve been nothing but impressed and will continue using these guys. Thanks for loving what you do Marc! It makes me love coming in! See you guys soon!

I’ve had Fat Bobs work on my vehicles many times! They are always curious, knowledgeable and prompt. I recently had them install new King suspension on my F450 Super Duty and I’m very content with the outcome.
