Every time I come to this specific FedEx it is an 11/10 experience. The people here are so kind and accommodating and I honestly feel like they are my best friends. I would probably live at this FedEx if I could!

Hunter (assistant manager) and staff at the Layton, UT location turned what would have been a stressful situation into a rewarding experience. We had a very large and heavy package that needed to be shipped with care and he helped us get it ready to go. The customer service was so helpful and encouraging. We will be changing all of our biz to FedEx from now on. Give this man his kudos.

Associate Jen was beyond wonderful and accommodating. She called and verified my order information made sure that everything was correct and navigated some tricky requests. Could not be more happy and satisfied with her exceptional customer service. Love this location!

Hunter was super patient and helpful with my project despite my super particular requests, on more than one occasion.
If you are particular about the colors of what you are printing, note that the self-serve copier prints colors more vibrantly, but, lower quality images. Their printer behind the counter, prints higher quality, but the colors come out darker. I chose to adjust the colors in my project and have them printed behind the counter. Also FedEx uses strictly laser printers, so there will be a glossy sheen wherever ink is placed down. In other words, it’s impossible to achieve a fully matte look

I had an issue with the self-serve printer printing at over 100% scale. I got in line to speak with someone. I can’t remember her name, started with a C, older, gray hair, overweight, and the most unprofessional and RUDE person! I mentioned the printer printing at over 100% scale. She asked what size my image was for. I said for 8.5 x 11. She said that’s what I did wrong. I told her NOooo, that there was a margin. My IMAGE wasn't 8.5 x 11. She said their printers don’t print to the edge and that’s why it went off - that doesn’t make any sense lady, but okay. I told her that isn’t the issue. I used a bleed. Then she yelled that those printers can’t use a bleed. Then I told her it wasn’t an actual ‘bleed’, it was a margin I left for this purpose. Then she told the told the employee next to her, “she has a CANVA file…” and I moved over to the employee she was talking to asking if she’d be the one to help me. The second employee - she was great! - but this review is based off of my overall experience. I am in sales and marketing; I do this for a living. I will stick with Ellis Printing and Alphagraphics. Also, she should see someone about all of the sighs and eye rolls she does. Might be a medical issue 😂.

No experience with international shipping. Insisted that Denmark addresses had same format as US addresses. Charged me more because the shipping business address was not the same as my DL. First clerk (Dani) wondered off while I verified the address and another clerk had to come over to restart the process.

FedEx is terrible. Paid $90 to have a package overnighted dropped it off Monday at 9 A.M., the package sat in Layton until 3 P.M. Tuesday, then it finally got delivered at 5 P.M. Wednesday to the WRONG address. Terrible service.

I've had the worst experience at this location. The employee helping me was rude, didn't care at all to help me or find a way to try to see if there was something she could do in the store to help me print some pictures I needed to complete a project. She gave me one suggestion to try and get my pictures printed in a rude way and didn't even tried to help me navigate through it, she just pushed me aside and have me figured stuff on my own. She never told me that they had a computer available for costumers to use, I have no access to a computer, and I was freaking out trying to do everything on my phone. My project was due the following day and I needed to have the pictures printed that day and unfortunately I had to leave FedEx frustrated and without my pictures printed all cause the employee never ever cared about trying to help me create a file for my pictures to be printed. Terrible, horrible customer service, employees need to realize that they have a job because of we, costumers. If she doesn't like to deal with and help customers, she is at the wrong place because FedEx is all about customer interaction. Needless to say, I won't ever go back to that location and I will never recommend them to anyone, my project was late and I didn't get the job, thanks alot FedEx employee and I don't mention her name on here but if she reads this she'll know it was her. I would rate my visit with FedEx a 0, but unfortunately 0 is NOT an option.

Dont know what it is but this location always has a problem and always very confrontational or problematic, it should be a simple transaction. I come ONLY because my other half works for Fedex and every single time i visit this location there is some issue. Kenzie like why make the experience terrible for no reason, just to be over the top. Just help the customer and make a good experience so they want to come back... instead of trying your hardest to upset them before they leave. Ill just drive to another location and ship because clearly you dont want business and your not cutting it.
